I want to give an amazing shout out to Meredith Fuller at the Justin location for U-Haul. She has been a real asset to our move. We have been to her store several times. Even when there were other stores much closer than her store we chose to go the extra miles to get to her because of her excellent service. You all are very fortunate to have such a fantastic employee. We are so grateful for her advice on what to purchase for our move. She's very accommodating and a very friendly young lady.

Just want to express how great an experience I had with this location today. Scott and Ryals both displayed top tier customer service and kindness. In renting my truck, they made sure I had everything I needed. Once I got back, I was greeted and asked how the truck worked and if I was able to move everything smoothly. I had a spectacular experience with the truck and with these employees at the Justin U-Haul. I will definitely be back once I need to move again.

New manager Meredith is fantastic. I have rented twice in the last month from here. I came back the second time because they are super friendly and easy to work with, and I knew they would have what we needed to rent available without making a reservation. She has a variety of rentals just waiting for you.

Seriously had a great experience! Very thankful for Rodney ‘s assistance getting everything lined up, he was very insightful about the trailer and explained things very well. He did a phenomenal job setting everything up and making me feel comfortable with this rental.

Lady wouldn't just rent us a dolly 4 min after close. I understand that work sucks sometimes but we would have taken care of her and that's not treating your customer well at all.

I came from Parker Colorado October 9th of 2023. I still have my storage here even though I live in Louisiana now. The staff is absolutely amazing! The property is very very clean and the restrooms are also. Robert you are absolutely amazing!! And you have known me since the day that I got my storage 😁 thank you all for making me feel safe. Keep up the good work! Thank you all again so very very much ❣️❣️

Beware of your belongings. If you have any trailers on this property be sure to check on them daily or weekly.
My side by side 4 wheel drive ATV and trailer was stolen from this location. Between the months Sept 20th and Dec 13th. U-haul covers their @$$ by not being liable for any stolen property on the parking spaces in the gated area. The property does have security cameras but they are not that great when it comes to the parking spaces. I feel the GM at this location did not go above and beyond to try and help us review the camera footage. The GM says that she does not have the time to go through hours of camera footage.
If my property was a measly $100 I wouldn’t have a problem but it was at least $10k.
The ATV & trailer had been there for at least 9 months with two security locks on the trailer hitch. The first was a heavy duty hitch lock and the other a hitch pin lock.
What was strange to us, was that when we first left our property at the storage we had 24-7 access. Oddly enough the day we discovered that our side by side ATV and trailer were stolen, our access had been changed to business hours only.
The GM supposedly took away the access to everyone, probably once they found out there was something stolen.
After talking to the detective, this location has had several stolen properties reported.
