“I paid for 1day delivery but they did not deliver it. An appt had to b made to receive pkg. It did have signature required so that was the delay, but I didn't know this at the time. The pkg was sent on Thurs, supposed to be delivered Friday, but Mon appt was necessary to pick up pkg. The lady who helped send it off initially was very friendly.”
