This place is THE BEST!!
Always clean, no trash bins over flowing, the inside is always being attended to and the people (each and EVERY ONE of them) are amazing! I get welcomed each time I go in, they are neat in appearance, friendly and professional in every way!
I always leave thinking I am so glad I picked this place!!!

Sunday May 19 around 9am, (2024) there was only one lady working the taco kitchen, and she had a nasty attitude and was rude with my wife, and then still got the order wrong. The customer after us also had a bad experience. Food was good though.

Stop 2 on our adventure to find the best 7-Eleven store! My first impression of this store was, "Wow, it smells good in here!"When you walk in, you can tell this store takes pride in its cleanliness because it just smells fresh. There were a lot of food items to choose from. Tacos, chicken, taquitos, packaged food items. They had a fresh coffee bar and chairs to sit. Lastly, the thing my son was the most excited for was the slushi machine. They have the orange pokemon mystery flavor. There are two machines with 4 flavors in each. We had fun mixing ours this time!Checkout was nice. The girl who checked us out was quick. The store itself was pretty busy, but we didn't have to wait long to get our items paid for.

I normally stop in different locations of 7-eleven, yesterday I stopped on this one on Pin Oak rd when I got at home 1 hour later I realized I had lost my iPad and the only place I had been was there. I tried to comunícate with this locación but the number on the website was out off service so my husband called the one on Clay Road and spoke with Marie. it was a busy hour but she took the time to listen and try to help to communicate with the other location. They returned the call and let us know unfortunately They did not find my iPad but I was welcomed If I wanted to go back and check the cameras ,which I did today with my husband. it was a long drive but when we got there, Latoya was very kind helpful and understanding why it was soIMPORTANT to find my device, She checked the cameras and recorded on her cellphone to show me sadly I never entered thr store with my iPad. she zoomed in that I had left it in my car. I am very grateful for the time she took to help us

Everyday they choose what to cook and when to cook it. There is no stability here for the cooked food. We pass by every morning while leaving home. Each worker personally chooses what time to fry the chicken, or if they will at all. The Latinas that used to work the kitchen never missed a beat, clean, consistent, and friendly. I bought a margaritas one time and it was heat spoiled orbmaybe slightly open, i immediately tried to exchange( not refund but exchange) after the 1st sip. I was told that corporate and management will not allow them to exchange anything even if it's spoiled. Which is illegal when it comes to food safety. So I paid for anorher one eather one which tasted just fine.

Whoever the lady is(i think she is a manager), is rude and lacks customer service skills!! I just moved here and live across the street and have started coming to the store frequently and never have any issues with ANYONE BUT HER! Told the tall Indian man working today my experience with her and how she is rude and would like to only come on his days. He was kind enough to tell me his shifts varies but also apologized for her. Yet, the lady wanted to laugh and look at me; as invalidating my experience with her. I use to work for 7-11 myself and have never treated a customer like her. Another time, she yelled at me when I left the store all because she thought my card didn't go through. It is bad business when a customer has to avoid a place all because of a clerk with horrible customer service skills.

Don’t bother, 99% of the time their system is down and you can only pay cash for everything and 99% of the time their slushee machines are out of order.

Place went downhill FAST! Equipment is always out of order, poorly stocked, sticky floors and the Cashier today “Veronica” couldn’t be bothered to stop eating at the register to greet anyone or offer a bag for a pile of items.

My friend's card was charged around noon on January 10, 2023 twice for $9.08, once for $18.99, and $9.08 two more times, all within minutes of each other. The cashier said one terminal was messed up after running the card a few times, another transaction was declined at another terminal, and then the charge for $9.08 was approved. He only made one purchase of $9.08.He used a Visa card from Square. They claim the transactions are all legit and he needs to get in touch with 7-eleven. However, there isn't a phone number listed for this location on Pin Oak at Kingsland in Katy. He is not near this area to go in person at the moment. It sure would be nice if management could reach out and give us the information needed to take care of this matter.
