Normally everyone at this location are nice. One youngman with the long black hair needs to learn a bit of customer service. He has a very poor attitude. Not wasting my time at this location again.

Worst 7/11 management ever.
Came in before work to buy a pod for my vape and the manager on duty at 1:25 11/8/24 wouldn’t give me a replacement pod. I didn’t check the pod pack until I got to my work parking lot and when I took it out of the bag I noticed the pack was completely empty.. came back after work to ask for a replacement and she wouldn’t do anything for me just said “they all come closed” ? Maybe check your employees for stealing ? Or give a store credit due to this! I just spent over $20 now to get a new replacement since this incompetent manager can’t do her job or even help in the slightest. Completely rude and unapologetic. Will not be back

I love 7 eleven but this location guy was rude and at all other locations when I have my own cup ice is free but he wanted to charge me for the price of a fountain drink.

Literally the only time I've left this store mad AF bc overnight you can't buy tamales on EBT when the tamales are placed by the sign that says 'we take EBT' on the cooler w all the other prepared but not COOKED therefore making it EBT eligible. And, being all loud w others behind me pointing out that I have EBT like us poor folk don't get the good food lady, is exactly how he made me feel. I told him to take it off and I'll go down the street & get them on my EBT at 7-11.Update 5/24/24 The cashiers still have no clue what they're doing. I've lost $1.50 coupon and an additional $1.80 in in-store savings bc they have no clue how to work their systems!

Went in made two cheeseburger style hotdogs and was going up to the counter with the drink got up to the counter and they won nine dollars almost $10. I told him to keep the drink because I already had the cheeseburger hotdogs made and steel charge me $7.66, that’s insane

The manager she's lazy and rude! Everytime I play lotto it was smooth without her around,coz the machine is always broken. Shes saying they cannot do it manually. But most of the employees doing it manually. I appreciate all the employees working hard,not for the manager. Its more better without her around the store.

Love the foods here! Grew up with 7 eleven, my mom always stopped by 7 eleven when we went to visit my cousin on the weekends and always got hot dogs, taquitos, and snapple.
