I had the awesome experience working with Adam he was very professional and was able to get me the coverage I needed. I really was expecting a “No I can’t help you” but he didn’t do that he understood my situation with no judgement and I was able to get my coverage for my new vehicle the same day. I'm not even a customer, I'm sitting in my car waiting for my dominos order when a mon walks out to his car, parked next to me
Lights up his pipe and starts smoking weed. Smoke blowing all in my car with my kids.

I went to the location on Beechnut, the sign on the door said be back at 5:30, it was 4:20. I called & they said she must be at lunch. I look up another location, & found 1 in Katy that was 30 minutes away. I called, they said yes she will be there. I get there & it says be back in 30. I call again & they said, oh she's probably at lunch & should be back in 15. I left after waiting 30 minutes.
