The only person who helps at the mason location in Katy TX is Cody other manager is rude and we almost walked out and told them to pick up stuff still have a loaner we are paying the amount for our steal fridge we chose that delivery guys broke same day and the loaner is a small white fridge no one has recompense or lowered the payment no one knows about our steal fridge or what happened to it it's been over 3 months but sure cry for a payment our card took half a payment after we told them 3 times to take it off card and then we still paid full payment because they didn't know what happened to that half payment either I would not recommend any family or friends horrible experience and the way those guys act in that location need classes on how to treat customers it's because of customers they have jobs Cody is the only one kind and helpful

Everything went well at the store the 2 times I went there. I was told since they were extremely busy on Wednesday that it would be " Friday Morning" which means before 11am. 11am passed, so I called and asked. The man on the phone was talking to me like I was STUPID or a KID. I am 48 year old grown man that has dealt with Aaron's since I was in the military. All I said was " when are they planning on be at my address". He rudely said between 11am and 3pm. I said ok, and why was I told in the morning. He kept being rude about it. He also NEVER apologized for been told morning. I had to tell him to stop talking over me and told him I was told morning before 11am.Not sure what his problem is but AARONS needs to teach him how to listen and NOT SPEAK over the customer because that is disrespectful and rude. I miss when the Asian man was there. TRY AT ALL COST TO NOT SPEAK WITH THIS DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE MAN.

Bad Business All Together How are you open but the door is locked.Been waiting outside for 30 minutes and I’m knocking on the door and seeing employees in building and no one has gotten up. SMH

I’ve used Aaron’s in Oklahoma, Louisiana and now Texas. It’s ALWAYS a pleasant experience. The manager helping me at this location was picking on me about my last name (it’s Cajun) because it’s hard to pronounce and that helped to ease my social anxiety a bit. I got a nice laptop and I’m happy with the purchase and the experience.

Probably the dumbest people I’ve ever met ! Please do not believe the reviews ! They will harass you every month ! And I do mean every month ! So unprofessional and ill mannered . DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM ! They have very very very fake reviews ! So do not believe this “good reviews” if you read the entire reviews you will start to see this is not a good business !

It is okay, But the quality of the furniture is not good. If you are going to pay that kind of money you might as well go somewhere where the furniture is good. Because the furniture is not cheap. They charge you the same price as a big Furniture store.

Zach was very friendly he greeted me at the door and he was very patience with me. Mr.Zach explain everything and help me with figuring out my monthly payments… Really nice customer service and I get my products on Monday, yes super cool !!!!

Customer service is the worst. We had to drive to a different one 35 mins away for someone to come up and talk to us. They stood 30 feet away and wouldn't approach us (yes we had on masks), couldn't hear what they were replying when we asked a question, and refused to come closer or speak up. Will never step foot back in this store. I'll drive out of my way to be treated right. Go to the one on Westheimer! They are amazing there!!!!
