I drove for 40 minutes to Adidas outlet store Katy and it was closed! I got there at 7:30 pm on Sunday. Please change your time schedule. It was a wasted time and money.

I love going into this store! Not going to lie, sometimes I feel like it’s the devil (they are always trying to give you a shopping bag lol!) but they have so many hidden gems. It’s better than me paying retail price online. I check at this location only because I know for a fact they would have it. Customer service is top tier, not only that, but product knowledge is amazing. You can tell the leadership invests in their team! It was never a time I went into the store and the team was talking amongst themselves. They are always walking around greeting and helping customers. I know some customers don’t like it, but I love it.
. They keep pouring into their staff.

We bought sambas for my husband for fathers day in the Adidas website. He went to the store to exchange them and they refuse. They accepted the return and put the money back in the account. Is hard to believe they will denied an exchange with a valid receipt when other brands will allow you to change them in the stores as long as you buy it in the official website.

organize store very clean no one offered to help but everyone was busy so I don't hold that against anyone but greeting would've been nice.

The reason I am giving this place a three star review is because sometimes you can get amazing shoes here and that is the main purpose of this store in my opinion. It is pretty average and you can’t really go wrong with that. It is also a pretty beautiful store with the decorations, but as I have said in the past, that malls have been going downhill. In that reason I have not visited and I feel like maybe it’s a difference from what I remember. They have changed a lot. As always much love from Houston and the universe.

I hope that there is a zero to give to the customer service in this store . Just compare the workers attitude in Nike with Adidas and you will not shop from this Adidas store again.
