Very poor service, I am traveling though Houston and my car has an issue. Stopped here to try to fix my car. All I needed was a simple tool to fix my car which he said he would grab for me. He was taking forever to bring the tool back, so I walked to the front door from when I was parked to which he told he they were and shut the door

Terrible service , poor management I have shopped here several times . Every time poor customer service . You just get ignored until you ask for help.
Lazy manager will not help
Terrible customer service. Will not ever go back .I found an Oreily auto parts across the street so much more helpful. Excellent customer service. Workers so much more helpful at Oreilys and very knowledgeable unlike the store across the street .

This is the second time I have entered an advance store and the truth is that there is always a but! This time there was only one person in the store and I had to wait half an hour for a colleague to arrive to use it. Scanner in my car! I definitely won't go to a store like this anymore.

Had an employee run a scan on a 5.3 Chevy V8 with the result being that a #4 cylinder was misfiring. I asked him which cylinder was #4 he responded, "I don't know and we have no way of getting that information."I left and went across the street to O'Reilly's and was helped by much friendlier employees who were able to tell me what I needed to know and sold me the part. Problem solved. O'Reilly's will be my go to auto parts store from now on.

I drove every where looking for a meguiars wheel sponge so I went on google to find it an it said advance had it so I ask the guy did they have it cuz it wasn't on the shelf he showed effort so he didn't see it so he had enough since to ask for part # and he found it an im a happy customer and it was mush cheaper in the store than online it was online $32 in store it was $10 that's a steal so yes I highly recommend this store

Went to go get my battery replacement, staff was very friendly and help full when it came to finding the right battery for my car. Overall had a very positive experience would come again for sure!
