I was the only person in the bank, no one else in line and it took 20min to get a check cashed.
2 tellers looking over each others shoulders as they clicked away at a computer…how is this efficient banking?
Y’all need to step up the customer service part of banking game.

Perception is everything and lately my perception is this branch is in no hurry to provide great customer service. It took 10 minutes to deposit 5 checks in the drive through because my teller had to get the manager to approve my deposit because it's over her limit. And while I'm waiting for that to happen I'm watching another employee play with her white out tape. Our company switched to Amegy from Wells Fargo so we could get better, more personalized customer service but something has changed in the last couple of months and I'm about to recommend we start doing the majority of our banking with our other bank account at Regions.

Worst bank ever. I got a sense that I was discriminated against when trying to open a business account the other day. I had an appointment which I scheduled online and when I made it to the appointment, a younger lady assisted. I was asked nothing of my business or my documents when I arrived, rather I was asked for over 15 minutes to give a reason I wanted to open an account there. When I questioned it, I was told that the bank was a more "conservative" bank and that they needed to make sure it was a good fit for us both. When i asked what would disqualify me from opening an account, I was then told ironically there aren't disqualifications "per se". They never saw one document validating my company because apparently that wasn't initial criteria and having an appointment didn't matter. I spoke with a supervisor solely to discuss the experience because of course I didn't actually open an account with them. I was met with apologies and even told I could try another branch. lol Opened a business account at a bank in Cinco Ranch within 2 days. The experience screamed racism and discrimination which I'm sure they'd deny. But the no longer minority 'Minority' population should absolutely never go here. Your money isn't as green.

Don't go to these guys if you want a vehicle loan. They screwed mine up and 6 months after paying it off I still can't get my title.

This place is a joke my husband makes 4000 a week and when he opened a account it took two and half weeks to get debit card . When he deposited first check it to took four-5 days to go thru . Save your time and choose another bank !!
