This is the second time we’ve used this storage facility, and I can’t say enough great things about it! The property is always clean, well-maintained, and I’ve never had a single concern about safety.
The manager is incredibly kind and great to work with. On the rare occasion a payment didn’t go through, they personally called before any late fees hit — that kind of thoughtfulness really stands out!
Thank you so much for providing a space that’s more than just a storage unit. You cared for our memories and belongings while we saved for a bigger home, and that meant a lot to us. Truly grateful! 🙏

Very rude ,They suck and are unprofessional. My storage unit was locked unexpectedly due to alleged non-payment, despite having made my payment on time. When I called the property manager for help, she was dismissive and unprofessional, stating she couldn’t drive over to unlock it because she lived just 20 minutes away. While I was later informed that it was a mistake, the issue remains unresolved, and I still don’t have access to my belongings, which is detrimental to my business. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for a storage facility with better customer service.

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with American’s Best Storage on Fry, and I feel it's important to share my concerns. When I arrived at my storage unit, I found it locked without any prior notice. I immediately contacted the property manager, who informed me that the lock had been placed due to alleged non-payment.
Later, I received a call indicating there had been a mistake, and that they had actually received my payment but had locked the wrong unit. When I explained that I needed access to my belongings for my business, her response was dismissive and unprofessional. She stated that she couldn't drive over to unlock the unit because she lived in Sealy, which is only about 20 minutes away. Despite this, the situation remains unresolved, leaving me without access to my belongings and threatening the operations of my business. The lack of proper communication and the manager's rude attitude added to my frustration.
Overall, my experience at American’s Best Storage on Fry has been marked by disappointment and stress. I would advise others to carefully consider their options when choosing a storage facility, as professionalism and customer service are clearly areas that need significant improvement at this location.

Poor Security and Customer Service.
I had a very disappointing experience with this company ]. I rented a storage unit with them, but during my time there, my Razer was stolen. The most troubling part was the company's lack of responsibility and attention. Despite having security cameras, I received no satisfactory response or compensation. Additionally, the customer service was extremely poor, showing no interest in helping me resolve the situation. I do not recommend this company to anyone who values security and good service.

Agreed to an Rv spot and a price with Virginia, reserved it, show up on moving in day only for her to tell me all they have now is the worst parking spot in the facility and the one she was reserving for me was rented by someone else. Huge waste of time bringing my camper there and she couldn’t care less. Too many storage places to going this unethical woman a dollar. Stay away.

I have been using Americas Best storage for a while now an am happy with my experience an the cost where less then others in area.The property is always clean an the management is always helpful an polite.

These people are always changing prices and there are cameras but not all are working or not positioned correctly. People have had stuff stolen from this place. Be Aware

Excellent price storage and the manager is great to work with very friendly and helpful place has excellent security cameras and I believe there is a young gentleman that patrols in the evening very secure
