Nate and all the guys are always so sweet and accommodating when coming by the car wash. They always make sure to have towels out and everything is always so clean. It’s always nice to get a chance to talk to them every now and then also. Great people! They’ll take care of you and your car.

I joined this car wash, and two weeks ago, my rear mirror was scratched, and I called the supervisor and told me to fill out a complaint, and they would call me i am still waiting for that call. I called back, and they said that they were not responsible for anything. Be careful. these guys are bad

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Car Wash!
I recently took my pristine 2014 hardtop convertible BMW 428i to this car wash, and it turned out to be a huge mistake. The equipment malfunctioned and caused significant damage to my car. Despite my car being in excellent condition, the car wash refused to take responsibility for the damages, citing their policy of not covering cars older than seven years.
This is completely unacceptable. A business should stand by the quality of its services and equipment, regardless of the age of the customer’s vehicle. The lack of accountability and poor customer service I experienced here is appalling. I strongly advise against using this car wash if you value your vehicle and expect decent customer service.

I didn’t want another sticker on my windshield and was told by the Katy TX. Manager that I had no choice due to new policy. I was a long term customer but had to cancel my membership because their quality has steadily declined and I don’t want stickers pasted all over my windows. Quick Quack is literally down the road and they have license plate recognition. Looks like I have a choice after all!
