Great experience! Staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with as was Dr. Rodriguez. She explained each step of my procedure and answered all my questions. She seems very caring about her patients and takes her time with you. She does not rush you in and out. I would highly recommend Dr. Rodriguez and Aspen Dental for your dental needs.

For the past four years, I've been a patient at Aspen Dental. My initial choice of Aspen Dental was influenced by my previous employer's requirement for 100% travel. I believed that having all my dental records accessible at a single dental office, like Aspen Dental, would be the most convenient option. However, this decision has proven to be a significant error. I've since changed employers and now have different insurance, which Aspen Dental does not accept. Consequently, three months ago, I requested my dental records from Aspen Dental to address urgent dental work needed. Regrettably, Aspen Dental has refused to provide me with my dental records, causing me significant pain, suffering, and inconvenience, to say the least.Instead of furnishing my dental records, they sent me an email containing information about the type of implant abutment they used, with the intention that my new dentist can complete my dental implant procedure. This experience has made it evident that I need to escalate this issue to both the board of health and the board of medical examiners. It raises concerns that mistakes may have been made during my procedures or that I may have been overcharged, possibly both. I am now taking steps to escalate this matter further and will also consider pursuing legal action.

Today’s experience was a great one. I had never seen the Dentist that worked on me today, but it was great from the start. He came in with an outstanding personality and it made it extremely easy for me. He made sure I wasn’t in any discomfort and he explained the process to me.

The service at this location was great! I was brought into the room within a few minutes of arriving and had xrays, a cleaning, and exam completed within an hour.

Been coming back for a couple years.Great team, and thanks to these staffs who deserve a raise.Tracy is easy to communicate with, and always make sure we don’t miss our appointments.The sweet lady Reema has been a great help, she’s thorough with billing, and would answer all your questions.Our hygienist Ricardo is very gentle and super informative. He answered all of our concerns and make sure we know exactly where we’ve missed and how to take better care of our teeth at home.Highly recommended :)

Front desk is wonderful. Dentist and tech were wonderful. Then I went to finance and met with Chris. All I needed was a replacement for a snap on lower denture. I already have the implants and made that clear. I was quoted almost 6,000.00 for a snap in denture replacement. Chris insisted this was correct. I went to their biggest competitor and had my lower snap in denture replaced for $1500.00. the exact same denture, same material. So either this place is really expensive or Chris made an error and does not want to own it.

My husband asked for a refund on 6-19 and hasn't received it as of 7-3. They shouldn't have charged him before seeing what dentures they were offering.

Thank you for helping me with my tooth pain. Very professional staff. Very nice employees and most importantly because of Dr.Rodriguez, I don't have the pain anymore. She fit me into her busy schedule and explained the entire process.

The woman who explains the prices and treatments and charges is racist and she tried to intimidate me and was racist with me luckily there was another lady with her and she was kind to me and explained the whole process.
