I walked in to request to exchange my new phone and the guy told me I had to do it over the phone. He didn't even try to help. This is the 2nd ATT store in Katy that refused to assist in the last 2 weeks. I called and was told the store should have been able to assist.

I just left the store and Kelsey was wonderful. She helped clean up my account I’ve had for 8 years. She saved me $230 and got my bill down. This is why I’ve stayed a customer because of people like Kelsey!!

Keisy is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked into the store, her friendly and humorous nature instantly put me at ease. She wasted no time in approaching me with a genuine eagerness to assist. Keisy’s exceptional knowledge and efficiency made the entire experience a breeze. Came in to create a new account and bring in a new line. The account was not set up correctly to receive the 20% discount with Internet and services were not explained fully of what they would cost. Enrolled in the next up plan after I said I didn’t want it and told the manager that we didn’t want certain accessories and her response was it was included so you can get different ones to substitute. I felt like this eluded to it being a promotion for free accessories or why else would it be included, ended up being a monthly installment on the bill. The whole experience made me feel like she was more focused on sales versus helping the customer with the best plan for what they needed.
Also if you are told that you have to have monthly insurance on your plan when you upgrade and you can cancel after 30 days, that is not true either, you can cancel online the same day.
I don’t recommend going to an authorized location for services or working with Jocelyn at this location.
