My daughter & I took her phone in ho get help transferring all of her documents and apps correctly without losing important videos and pictures to her and Clark and Vivi were a huge help! Not only were they patient, but they didn't make us feel like a burden and Clark made it comical for our lengthy time we spent there. We appreciate the great service!
