AT&T store address 6825 South Fry Rd. suit 600 Katy, TX 77449. I walked in and I explain to the guys my problems that I have they got right on it to resolve the problem! I have been trying to resolve the problem for three days Over the phone and this store was the only one to actually help. I truly recommend.

Went in for phones upgrade and had a problem with my account afterwards.It’s was a mistake done by an employee that is no longer working there.Patrick DM stepped and said “ we will take care of it sir, don’t worry”He assigned the task to two great employees Thalia and Alex.Alex called costumers service and stayed on the phone for about an hour and Thalia was sending notes meanwhile to support the call to resolve and correct the account.The great team solved my problem and credited my account with all the extra chargesI highly recommend this team.I felt at home from the moment I walked in.Thank you Patrick, Thalia and Alex for your great and sincere service you providedYour store will always be my home store

Great place. A lot of variety of phones and accessories. The staff are very professional and helpful and goes the extra mile to make sure you are taking care off and all your issues solve before you leave the store, including but not limited to, switching companies. Greatly recommend.

Called here because I called the customer support line and they told me I had to go to the store front. I am trying to pay for my hotspot and a lady named Anais basically told me I couldnt pay for it and to call the customer support line. Then referred me to a ATT store address that doesnt exist. 0/5 rating if I could just because of Anais. She also admitted she was 0 help. Beyond aggravated.

Called to see about options of upgrading my phone. Was told he couldn’t help me and would need to scan my ID first.When I pushed and asked if I should call corporate or someone else who can assist me he suddenly seemed interested in seeing what he could do.I’m sure the service at this store is typically better than my experience but I will honestly never know.

The person who helped us had her air pod in having a full conversation with someone while trying to help us, and it was definitely a personal call. Then just kept trying to sell us on AARP. Then when we had told her originally why we had come in, which was to get the iPhone 13 pro max, she waited until the very end to tell us they didn't have it. Probably because she was on the phone and missed what we said to her.
