With a huge sigh of relief, I say ‘THANK YOU CARLOS’!!! My purse, containing my wallet and phone were stolen today. Carlos helped me disable the stolen phone, activate a new phone and then took the time to transfer all my data from my iPad to my new phone!! It isn’t often that an employee provides this type of customer service and I certainly appreciate all he did for me. AT&T is fortunate to have Carlos representing them!!!??

Shout out to Carlos & Ricardo for all their help today at the Katy Mills store! Needed to charge my phone and get assistance with my phone because of damage to my home in Cypress. These guys were absolutely the best!!!

I ordered S23 in green on Friday Dec 1st and when I wanted to pick it up on Monday, it was 128 instead of 256. And there was no more green or pink available in stores or online for this model. I ended up spending 1.5 hrs in store to cancel my order and got a black S23 from another store. Meanwhile my husband was calling all the stores in katy area to find a phone in any color for me!

Be careful with these store reps. They will not tell you everything when they offer promo even if you ask all the details and possible charges based on my experience with AT&T. You will just be surprised after receiving the bill with too many charges.

Horrible customer service sent me to a different store because they said the ran out of sims and internet was down, it was all a lie they said they could only help me if I was buying something.

What’s the point of having a phone & they NEVER answer it!!!! Do better AT&T
