My husband and I needed new phones and Ramiro O did such an amazing job helping us. One phone was completely fried and he offered us a great deal thru ATT. He also was so patient with us about setting them up. I even had questions the next day about how to sync our new phones to earbuds and watches. I recommend him to anyone w questions! Thanks Ramiro!!

I visited the store to request assistance with a payment method issue for my multi-line family plan. The staff member took my credit card and loaded charges for two of the three lines, but the phones were not activated. When I inquired about the reason for the card payments being loaded on each independent line, I emphasized that my plan was multi-line with a specific number. The individual simply stated that he was assisting me and suggested that I visit the corporate store. I questioned the representative as to why he loaded the credit card without resolving the issue, and requested that we move to another dealer to avoid wasting the client's time. Was rude , He just create another issue, my problem was not solved, Is a shame that dealers di not respect users with more that 4 years loyalty.
24/7 Support that need improve.

Wife and I both upgraded to latest model phones (iPhone 15 & GS24+). Everything went smoothly and the ATT reps handled the data transfers between phones for us along with informing us about trade-in deals. I knocked off 3 stars because the reps added add-ons to our lines without informing us. $17/month insurance on both lines and $6/month ATT Next on both lines for a $46/month increase. We went in for new phones only. Not plan changes. These changes were not discussed.
Update - this store told us both of our older phones were eligible for the $1,000 trade in deal. I even pointed out the small screen crack on my phone and they said yes, any condition and we had 30 days to turn in the old phones. This was in mid March. I returned both our old phones to a different store (we were out of town when we purchased the new phones) and was informed that the Samsung GS10 was less than $20 for trade-in value and that the any condition any phone deal with Samsung phones actually ended in February.

Came in here 2 months ago for an upgrade, made sure to decline the extra protection. However just found out that they specifically added it without my knowledge and i have been being charged for it. Sales reps do this to increase their commission, shady practice.
