Came in here 2 months ago for an upgrade, made sure to decline the extra protection. However just found out that they specifically added it without my knowledge and i have been being charged for it. Sales reps do this to increase their commission, shady practice.

I went in on 12/26/23 to UPGRADE my watch line. That is it no fancy anything, AMANDA the sales associate comes up to me and says can I help you? Me yes I just need to upgrade my watch I want this one samsung galaxy 6. She says ok let me get you information then says let me go check what color we have. She comes back we have black & white. I wanted white & that was the last thing she said to me& walked off. I don't know what she did but I'm thinking we're upgrading my watch line. I pay I think it was like 30.00 for the taxes leave. Ok cool me watch everything is great. I get a text later from AT&t thanking me for adding a line!!?? I call customer service not the store, they set yes they added a line you should call the store to correct if you want an upgrade not a new line. I call store ask to speak to a manager who's name starts with an "M" I really don't remember. He's like yeah, i can delete your old line& just keep the new one. Which is just commission & sales for Amanda. Which I feel is not right because I didn't want another line. He says we'll you're going to have to come into the store so we can fix. Like why do I have to go to the store again. THEN two days later I get another email saying thank you for your enrollment in the insurance for the watch I just got you will be charged an additional $14.00 a month. WHAT I didn't want insurance!! I had to call AGAIN customer service to get that removed all because the sales rep AMANDA wanted to add additional charges to me and get more sales & commission for her. Very deceitful I would not recommend this store she is a bad representative. & I hope that whoever does go to your store you look over your stuff before paying & leaving because if she is like that & her manager was like eh, just come back into the store so we can fix means he's dealt with this before & just doesn't care.

This store operates really well. Great friendly staff, very knowledgeable and pretty quick to help. Najeeb and Rameez helped me with everything I needed. They are the best!

Orlando was very helpful and patient. He helped me with my wife's phone upgrade as well as my upgrade. He was very informative and made sure we left with my wife's phone working properly and ordered mine to pick up at the store so he could also help me with any issues on transferring into my upgrade.

I got my phone upgraded here last month and I was told there would be one time activation fee in the next month bill , which was right but along with that they added a bunch of other insurances and unnecessary add ons which I never opted for and neither was I asked if I need them.The person helping me (Najeeb) seems to have added all of these on his own. I had to pay the price in my bill and then spend one hour on call with ATT support to make sure these addons do not continue to next month.I am writing this so that other customers can be vigilant about what they are being charged for without their consent !!

The store representative, Ramiz, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very patient with me with all the questions l had which made me feel comfortable. I appreciated the service that was given to me.
