Very easy and nice experience here. Kareem and his coworker helped me out with a smile, even though I showed up like 5 minutes before close.
However, the A/C at the store seemed broken... It's summer in Texas! How is fixing the A/C not a priority!

The first time we came to exchange our phones was awful. The person who was supposed to help us couldn't be bothered with answering any of our questions. He was rushing us with the exchange. We had to come back 2 days later for a different issue. The person we worked with this time was very friendly and took his time walking my daughter through setting up her new phone. A complete contrast from the previous visit.
