I did a trade in the store, but there was a lot of issues with the system. Before I visited the AT&T store, I called customer service where I wasted of time. Nick is a store manager, helped me a lot with my case, helped to resolve my issues as a professional. He was very patient and supportive with this. Thank you Nick!

Before I visited the physical AT&T store, I called customer service which was a waste of time. Marlon, at the store on Mason was professional, knowledgeable, and charismatic. He resolved my issues expeditiously. It was a pleasant experience.

If I could have rate this less than one star, I would have. I went to the store yesterday around 3:30 to inquire about a new 15 pro upgrade for my daughter. The representative approached me, brought the phone, took my information, and wanted me to complete the purchase on the spot. I told him I wasn't sure about the color and needed to ask my daughter first, I'd let him know in 15 minutes! GUYS, the minute i walked out of the store, he shut off the service on my daughter's phone, and she had no service for 3 hours. AT&T online fixed it and told me he canceled her sim ? He was rude, pushy, and unpleasant. P.S. The store manager was present as well and did nothing.

I am a long term LOYAL customer of AT&T and I about had enough with their expensive plans and horrible customer service over the phone. I walked into this store on Mason in Katy tx with the intent to cancel my service. Isaac greeted me and by the time I walked out the store I had a new phone and a new plan. Once he explained what I had it appeared I was on the wrong plan. He right sized, built rapport, was courteous, professional, and saved me as a customer of AT&T. The store manager was a pleasure to speak with as well. I don’t remember his name but he was real pleasant. Go see Isaac and he’ll take care of you. He really restored my faith. Alright AT&T, I’m staying because of employees like Isaac. Wish your call center representatives and people who call themselves managers in the centers gave me the same experience. They are horrible!!!! Get it together!! I shouldn’t have to travel to the store for great service but happy I did.

Manager at 24441 Katy Freeway was on his phone busy with personal stuff. When I asked him to convert my SIM card to an eSIM on my new iPhone. He didn't want to do it. Store closes at 8pm and it was 7:10pm. I ended up going to the Mason a couple days later. That store handled the request in 10-15mins. Have absolutely no clue why you would hire anyone like the manager at the Katy Freeway store. Not happy with ATT. Especially when your 5G service is significantly worse than what your 3G service was 10 years ago. Will start looking for another provider.

The rep Kareem was very helpful and patient he helped me get a better phone as well as a good promotional deal. The store it self was hot he did explain the reason of it being hot. The AC broke I would definitely recommend getting those guys some AC soon. Overall great visit!

Worst Customer service at this store. The employee here including their manager have zero knowledge , of all the issues and instead try to misguide, and will run you out without solving your issues, and then they will feel good about it smiling and laughing at you as you leave and feeling great on how they did after chasing a customer out. I then went to the Grand pkwy store and they really took time to find my issue and advise a fix.

Travis at the S. Mason AT&T in Katy is great to work with. I went into the store needing to replace the phone my son went swimming with (he's paying!). Travis reviewed my wireless and home internet plans. He was able to improve our family wireless plan without increasing my bill. He also suggested I increase my home internet plan to 1M for only $5 more per month. Win-win!AT&T was offering a great trade-in deals so I traded four old iPhone's for new ones. Travis was very helpful and patient with helping us transfer the data on to our new phones. He's the reason I ended up buying 4 new iPhones instead of 1. Thanks Travis!

Pae is incredibly honest and did not try to talk me into an upgrade that I didn’t need yet. Most sales people would not have done this. Instead she fixed the issue with my phone and told me when the new model phone would be available. A+ employee. Reasons like Pae are why I pick AT&T instead of Verizon.

Had a problem with my i pad. They didn't even try to here what I was saying just wrote down a customer service phone number on a post it while I was trying to explain. Terrible customer service!
