I deactivated my eSIM on an iPhone because I was opening a new line from my family's plan to my own pre paid plan. After ordering I realized I needed to wait for the new eSIM to come in the mail before I can activate the new line on the iPhone. I went to this store and asked if they can reactivate the old number until I get the new eSIM in the mail. The lady at the front tells me since I deactivated the eSIM for the old number, there is nothing they can do to reactivate it on the iPhone and I just have to wait for the new eSIM to come in the mail. I went home and called AT&T customer support, the guy walked me through the iPhone settings on how to reset the eSIM. It took no more than 10 minutes and I had service and my old number back.

What happened to first come first serve?! The customer service in this store has changed. My husband came in this day to get 4 new lines for him and my children. Something that shouldn't take all day but it did. The man that was helping him was very helpful. However, the intitled manager needs a little bit of training. He should know that there is no job to small for him especially if its to help his team with. The manager ask the associate to stop what he was doing to send a text to another customer. That was next in line. Something he could have done him self. After an hour of being in the store we were done. Unfortunately, only one phone worked out of the 4 of them. If the manager had did his job of being a team member the guy helping me wouldn't have been distracted with the task at hand. Team work makes the dream work ; )

Thank you Jesus for the EXCELLENT service I received from this wonderful sistah at the AT&T store! I was so unhappy with Xfinity after just ONE day, I wanted to jump off the nearest bridge. But this wonderful sistah helped get my service switched and working within an hour!! She literally talked me off the bridge!
