If you fill out the app on line with Sam, you get approved with a maximum amount and then you let Sam do the work and send you info on what you are looking for. Then, instead of hours to sign papers, they have them ready in advance and it is 30 minutes.

Took my 24 f350 for a oil change this morning the mood was horrible service adviser David was not helpful at all didn't really care to listen but the worst part was I asked for a call to confirm price after ford rewards points where used instead he just text me the truck was ready and when I got there I had a nice surprise of having to payover 400$ way over priced, to top it off his system was messing up and he actually just put the blame on me saying my card is no good. Went to the cashier and it worked immediately terrible experience it's a shame to get that service after buying 130k truck yes buy not financing from them only 3 weeks ago. I will not be going back for future services.

After multiple trips to other repair places and 2 repairs that didn't fix the problem the service department took the time to duplicate the issue and actually fix it. I am so relieved.

Brought my vehicle in for replacement of a recalled part. Checkin was quick and the waiting room was large and comfortable. I had expected to wait 2-3 hours, but In less than an hour my car was ready. Great start to my day!

Extremely pricey. I came in for a small minor repair and for a 200$ job elsewhere, I was quoted over 800$.Customer service was good, and they got back to me in a timely fashion. However, I will not be returning unless the vehicle issue I have is covered under warranty nor will I recommend people.

Left my wife’s hood unlatched she found out after getting on 99 gave no solution to the issue we hadRefused to print out a quote on parts and labor for me and my wife to look over let alone recommendationsService advisor with initials of DC had no idea what he was talking about a wire is insulated but moisture can seep into the connection and corrode or cause a short in the circuitThe only ford dealer near us and they are so disappointing I think we’ll keep our business in tomballEdit: contacted the number provided it’s not the direct number for the gm it’s the dealer number which they then transfer you to the service manager (not the gm) who refuses to answer the phone…scared much??Using the excuse that you were too busy is unacceptable. You’ve had practically two whole days to get back to us the fact that I came in to try and meet you and saw you sitting down circulating in your chair speaks volumes and was all I needed to see
