Eric was great from start to finish. I do absolutely everything I can to avoid going to a mechanic or dealership, but our experience at AutoNation has changed my perspective. They took care of everything and then some. Definitely recommend.

This place tried to take advantage of me for over $1K and I caught them. They were not even apologetic. I am visibly disabled and trusted this corporate money hungry, dishonest location. Imagine what they could do to you! Go elsewhere if you have non-warranty issues and pay close attention if you do. NEVER GO TO:

After your car is serviced and you have a question, nobody is available to take your call. A customer rep even gave me a fake number to call. This is Autonation before West green on I-10. I bought my car there. I will not make the same mistake. I wish that the rating started from 0 to 5, I would have given them a Zero.
