I can't say a single good thing about this dealership. Took my Jeep to the service department for some work. They have now had my vehicle for a MONTH! With little to no communication. When there has been communications it has been excuse after excuse as to why it has not been completed. When I dropped the Jeep off I had an appointment, it took them over a week to even assess the vehicle. I've been left without a vehicle for a month as the general manager would not help with a loaner. Have not even received an apology for the delay and inconvenience. No not bring your vehicle here for service, again a month and still not complete.

Let me set the table 8 months ago when I traded in my Dodge Charger for the 2020 Jeep Cherokee. The AutoNation technician stated I needed to replaced rotors and pads on my trade in. See what he didn't know is I have receipts to backup my claims. I provided the Salesman at the time my receipt showing proof I replaced everything 30 days prior and he doubled down on his statement. (Sales Manipulation Tactics) to decrease value on trade in etc..Let's fast forward to the 2020 Jeep Cherokee which have receipts of being check several times and being told all is perfect with my truck. My day blows up this past Saturday with error codes affecting my truck all of a sudden. I decided to come to the location where I purchased the Jeep. A young service employee comes out to greet and introduced himself, after explaining the issues with the Jeep. His resolution was to leave the vehicle with him and it will take 3 to 4 days before an technician can even look at it. All because technician’s doesn’t work on Saturday’s! Plus there’s a waiting list of 30 people for a car for transportation,I asked the young man from a Customer Service perspective does this sound logic and truly take care of clients who have purchased a car with complete warranty coverage (Gold Package Plan). Because I wasn’t feeling like gold at all! Leaving any customer feeling stranded without transportation is unacceptable!So I decided to have a seat to process the lack of customer service and work on a solution. I asked for copy of the error codes and noticed this was something that was repaired prior to me owning the Jeep and addressed it!Jimmy Gonzales noticed the distress and asked how’s my day going? I gave him what I was experiencing at that moment.Jimmy listened to my concerns and reassured me that I will have transportation and assigned a different representative to assist me asap! (High Five Jimmy G.) my Gold customer service value meter increase tremendously!When the technician finally got around to diagnosing the truck. Everything was covered under the warranty for the most part. Here’s comes the additional tactics again reappearing telling to replaced my spark plugs( mindful the truck barely had 40K miles on it). By the way you need to replace the rotors and pads both front and back. (Trigger Alert) cost $1400 estimate.I asked the service rep to explain to me how all of a sudden this is a need when the vehicle has been serviced twice by AutoNation and was just with you less then 30 days ago and was given a good bill of health. Plus I had my wheel lock with me, so a full inspection couldn’t being performed.Again what AutoNation didn’t know I had the truck inspected prior and brakes are like new seen it with my own eyes with receipts. I furthermore explained why I questioned the behavior practices of AutoNation and surly you can understand why questioned it. No one furthermore came to me to address my concerns or the behaviors of price gouging customers! This is a customer beware notice! Please always get a 2nd or 3rd opinion before shelling out $$$$

I had two excellent service appointments at this location. I brought my 2017 Ram 3500 Tradesman Chassis few weeks ago and had few things done to get it back on the road. I was assigned a top-notch advisor Mr John Johnson who went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my expectations. He was very professional and did a great job following up and updating me along the way. Everything was done promptly,- coordination on John’s end was excellent.I had to also bring in my 2016 Ram eco diesel on a short notice after a failed rotation & balance in a different shop that left me with damaged studs only two days prior to a family road trip. John took care of everything and made sure my family was back on the road safely!Services: Electrical repair

Sooooo I was misled on price my credit union requested the window sticker and when I got there it looked like it was to another car. Got passed that issue, the ONLY reason for me being there was to collect the purchase order for my credit union to cut the check. They continued to get me to finance with their company. They refused to send me a purchase order and ERIC HUNG THE MF PHONE IN MY DAMN!!! BECAUSE IM BLACK!!!! They go back and forth the objective is to sell cars and not collect them on the lot. I was going to meet the Sales manager and he left before I made it.. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HE MENTIONED FOR ME TO SIGN PAPERS BEFORE MY CREDIT UNION CAN DETERMINE IF THEY ARE ON SOME SLICK ISH AND THEY ARE!!!!!!!!! RUN NOT AURE IF THEY ALL ARE LIKE THIS DO NOT WORK WITH ERIC!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a new Jeep Wrangler recently and Adam Memeti was an excellent salesman. I have never driven a Jeep and Adam took the time to very carefully explain the difference between the models and the pros and cons of each one. He was patient with my questions and very thorough with the answers. He was also not "pushy" in making a decision on whether to buy or not. Next time my family is in the market for another vehicle, I will be sure to check with Adam first.

Had a worst experience. They dont even complete the full service what has been requested. They dont even care to call the customer if they have questions. Pathetic service by AutoNation. This is my 2nd bad experience with AutoNation out of 2 services, nothing but all bad experiences.

first I drove from Dallas to Katy just for my car, my salesman Johnathan, was Awesome, professional in the true sense of the word and just a great person all around. and Phyliss another wonderful member of the Katy team got our financing and paperwork done in mind boggling speed, just awesome, and well the best part is the vehicle it self, my god I love it one owner like new. RAM is losing the customer service competition by a long shot.I made an appointment to check an oil leak on my Ram 1500 Limited that has under 60,000 miles. They proceeded to tell me that since they are so backed up that I had to leave the vehicle there for 5-7 days for them to even look at it, and they offered me no way of transportation back to my place or anything. Crazy thing is that my brother was next door at the Toyota Dealership getting an oil change and they offered him a COMLPIMENTARY uber to any destination around 5 miles until they serviced his vehicle. They had me call Stellantis, because they didn't want to deal with it. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, I do not recommend this place for servicing your new truck.Services: Engine repair

Scheduled my brand new Dodge Laramie for a 8:00 am appointment. My turn signals do not cancel after making a turn. I explained this on the appointment site. The appointment was made and accepted. Drove 20 miles to get there and arrived on time. waited in their line until a technician came to my window. He was rude and dismissive and said they can't fix the problem. This is a $67,000 truck and that's the service they provide. If you buy a car or get service there you will not be happy. I will take this complaint all the way to Dodge. I can't imagine they will Approve of a dealership like them.

Customer service doesn't exist at this dealership. Took my van for a four hour recall and got it back a day and a half later. The only reason I knew it would take longer was because I called them. It took 4 phone call with them not even answering the phone.

I did not appreciate their false advertising. Drove all the way out there to look at two cars. One was advertised at $64k, but was actually $81k due to "market adjustment" add ons. That's crap. The other was supposed to be $55k, but was actually 74k. Not shopping AutoNation again. Pretty shady.
