I’ve been taking my 2014 Ford flex to Auto Nation Ford Katy since 2014. David Lewis has been my service specialist since I bought the car. He has taken excellent care to make sure my car was taken care of of for 10 years. All service and maintenance has been done at Auto Nation Ford Katy and I am very pleased. Thanks Sharon

Booked online reservation for oil change, complimentary vehicle sanitation and tire rotation (warning light on), plus recalls for my VIN on a Monday afternoon but service shop was only able to do oil change, nothing else from what I booked. I was told to return another date for recalls cause there’s no time.
Obviously no time for a tire rotation either- Lack of attention to customer’s requests.
Bad customer service- two hour wait time and service shop lost my keys after payment, waited additional 30 minutes trying to find my keys. Totally unprofessional!

The GSM at this Katy location was awesome. The salesman not so much, while I was there buying the vehicle he was ok but when I called back to find out when the vehicle would be ready he kept saying he never spoke with me and when he finally remembered he denied telling me when he said my car would be ready. Now the GSM handled it like a BOSS. Great service on his part. Now fast forward a month. Made my first payment and they freaking charge 6 bucks or 2% of your monthly payment based off how you pay, SCAM!!!!!!!! Then to pay just on the principal their finance site says call this number first. Then I get a guy that tells me “oh, just make an online payment and call us and say I made a big payment towards principal” yet I’ll more than likely also get charged for that payment as well, it’s bullshit!!!!!!! Every other car I’ve bought, I’ve never had this issue. It was extremely easy to make a payment towards principal. Improve your site is a big suggestion
