I went to AutoNation at the direction of my insurance company. They found that there was a recall and supposedly set up an appointment for me. When I got there, I found out that no appointment had ever been set up. I was treated with complete respect the whole time I was there, and the only reason I found out no appointment had been previously made is because I asked. Everyone was so kind and professional.

Took my 2020 GT500 in for some Factory recalls. Austin was my service agent. They got my car back to me as promised with all recalls taken care of. Stayed in touch with me through the whole process. Great service thank you

Scheduling and bringing truck for service was great. Unfortunately the text for authorization to repair came and went to wrong service advisor which delayed the repair as assigned service advisor was off. Also assigned advisor was there when I picked up the truck so I had to ask another to check me out. Finally the issue was not resolved. Solution was diagnosed as replace battery. Got truck home and still has same problem I brought it in for. Don’t have the time to bring back or time to leave it for the days it might take for them to get to it. Will have to find shop that can solve the issue. Disappointed!

We moved to Katy in August. I have had two different needs for warranty service and the service advisor (Joe) was outstanding. Great personality and genuinely listened to what I needed done. He got the services done in record time (something I am not used to) and his communication was excellent. I am very impressed with the dealerships service department. I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone who asks. FYI I have owned Fords and Lincolns since 1986 and this is by far the best service I have had.
