Horrible services, stay away from this dealership. People are rude and takes forever to get a diagnosis work done even, my advisor was on vacation and I had to call several times to explain my need to different people. we had been with them for many years, and now we will never come back.

I don't recall the salesman's name. Short, tan, nf jacket, heavy foreign accent. My mother drove me almost an hour to look at a used vehicle. The salesman approached us at the front door and sat us down at his desk. He then asks for my Id and which vehicle we were interested in. I asked his name and introduced myself. The vehicle has been on the lot for 2 months and was still awaiting service. The vehicle was in very rough condition for only 30,000 miles. The price was not negotiable and the boy asked us "are you done" "so you don't want it" very unprofessional and I took my business else where.

It's regrettable to report an extremely unprofessional and discourteous experience at this establishment. The staff members appear disinterested and rude, demonstrating a lack of professionalism that makes the overall atmosphere unwelcoming. It seems as though no one there is genuinely committed to their work, and their behavior suggests an indifference towards providing basic customer service.Upon arriving, the advisor was observed casually playing with his phone, seemingly unbothered by my presence. After a brief period of being ignored, the advisor nonchalantly stated, "We are too busy; you should come another time." This response is not only unprofessional but also contradicts the very purpose of scheduling appointments through their website. It's perplexing that despite claiming to be busy, the advisor suggested dropping off the item. However, a contradictory condition was attached: if the item isn't ready by 5:00, it must be picked up on Monday. This kind of inconsistency and lack of consideration for the customer's time and needs reflects poorly on the establishment's commitment to professionalism and basic courtesy.

Auto nation sold a very bad car to my daughter. I am a single mother of four. Me and my daughter worked throughout Covid to save money. We trusted a lady at AutoNation and we were wrong. The car has been a true nightmare. So sad. Really sad.

Our salesman was Darrell and he was AMAZING!!! We went to look at a pre-owned truck. He had the truck ready at the front for us, and he was waiting outside for us as well! He was not pushy at all, had a great attitude and was very respectful. After the test drive he had water waiting for us at his desk and had our best interest in mind and was a great listener. Nan was our finance person and he was also very easy to work with and a great listener as well. We didn't feel pressured at all during this process and the truck was priced very fairly. We were pleased to get a great deal on the extended warranty as well.

My experience was 1 star or below. I confirmed a used car sale to Alyssa at Autonation Ford. Alyssa communicated that she and her management had agreed to match the offer I received from a competitor. I Made an appointment to pick up the check and drop off the keys to my car. She assured me that the price and deal had been approved by a manager. Upon arrival, Alyssa was not there, but I was assured that everything was set up and good to go. After 30+ minutes, I was informed by a person named Grace, that purported to be the manager, that Alyssa had not confirmed any of the information and their best offer was $2000 below their competitor and that was the best they can do. Their number was not competitive, but the worst insult occurred when Grace claimed that the market on this car had moved over $2000 in 2 business days. Even though the competitors offer was still good. I’m actually embarrassed for Grace upon making such an absurd and fraudulent statement. I encouraged her to just tell the truth, this is a bait and switch strategy and the primary goal is to get people in the door and work for the sale. Automation management employed classic missing man negotiation strategy combined with bait and switch and depending upon a local court’s definition of “reckless”, they were also fraudulent in their representations. I emailed Ryan, the general manager twice and received no response on my email request to discuss this matter. If you do choose to do business with Autonation Ford, I would be very careful based on my direct experience. Btw, I did sell the car to a competitor for $2500 more. So, not only did they lie to me to get me in the door, they are also not competitive with the market.

Expect to wait about 3h for an oil change, even if you make an appointment. I have inquired several times as to why this takes to long and they say they are ‘busy or backed up’. Today I was told they don’t actually care if you have an appointment hence the wait times. I pre-purchased an oil change package when I purchased my vehicle or I would never come back here.

I made an appointment for 09/27 at 10:30AM for the 1st service on my Ford Maverick (oil change) and I am still here waiting, the time stamp now is 12:55PM. Adding to that, I just was advised that it will take another 1hr to complete the service. What a joke! No respect for customers time. If you can't take the volume of appointments, please fix your website booking tool or look into your staffing operations, just saying. And no, I'm not calling the manager to talk about it as I am still at the dealership and can easily be reached.

I had a good sales experience with this location up until about a month later when my car started shaking. I brought it to a mechanic and they told me that the transmission fluid hadn’t been changed and that it was black. Got a quote for 4500 for a new transmission! After talking with Auto Nation I received an email saying “sorry you bought a used car.” I find it unbelievable that auto nation guarantees cars go through a 50 point inspection and no one noticed that the transmission fluid was the wrong color. Makes me think they didn’t even do the inspection. I haven’t even picked up the plates yet and there’s already a major issue with the car that could have been prevented or communicated about if they inspected the vehicle appropriately!

******DO NOT WASTE ANY OF YOUR VALUABLE TIME HERE!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR VEHICLE!!!!!*******I stopped by to the service department on a Thursday to have my battery replaced. I was told by Mike, that the battery was in stock, however, because it was after 12 PM, I decided to make an appointment to come back the next day (Friday). I showed up the next day around 9:30 AM to have a LIFETIME BATTERY REPLACED. I was literally there for a total of FOUR HOURS just to have a battery replaced. At 12:15 PM (NEARLY THREE HOURS) Mike calls me and tells me my vehicle is ready to go. I walk up to Mikes counter just so that he can tell me that the wrong battery was replaced and that I would have to wait another 10 to 15 minutes to have the issue corrected. Those 10 to 15 minutes became an HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES and I was furious! Having to wait FOUR HOURS for a BATTERY REPLACEMENT is absolutely ridiculous. I came out of the waiting area and looked for Mike so that I could pay and go. Mike's manager, Henry, steps into "help me". He speaks to Mike and comes to find out that they NEVER HAD THE LIFETIME BATTERY INSTOCK FOR MY VEHICLE. Henry tells me that I would have to drive back on another day to have it installed. There is no reason for anyone to wait as long as I did and not have any work done to their vehicle. Their INVENTORY MARKED FOUR LIFETIME BATTERIES INSTOCK AND NOT A SINGLE ONE WAS AVAILABLE to have installed in my vehicle. I drove back and forth for two days and WAISTED MY TIME BY SITTING THERE FOR FOUR HOURS WHILE NOTHING WAS BEING DONE TO MY VEHICLE, NO ONE EVEN BOTHERED TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT by offering some kind of loaner battery, compensation, NOTHING! I will NEVER RECOMMEND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT at this dealership to ANYONE nor will I ever do business with AUTONATION in the future because THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE NOT THEIR PRIORITY.****UPDATE 9/6/23After nearly a week, I received a call from Mike on 9/6/23 @ 5:31 PM. He stated "We saw you gave us a bad review and I want to apologize. We have the battery, you can come in and we can put it in your truck"...Really AUTONATION... you had the person who had me sit there for FOUR HOURS call me! Obviously, I declined going in. Not only did I post a review on google on the day that everything happened, I also called Atonation's customer service line and emailed them about my issue and concern and NO ONE bothered to call me sooner. The amount of stress and anxiety that they put on their customers is INEXCUSABLE!!!! How is it that the their system showed that they had FOUR BATTERIES in stock but ended up having NONE. I believe AUTONATION IS FALSE ADVERTISING THE LIFETIME BATTERY and is placing 40 MONTH BATTERIES in their customers vehicles who specifically are there to purchase a LIFETIME BATTERY, because that is what they did to my vehicle while I was there for the first THREE HOURS, however, Mike knew that I was going to CHECK THE BATTERY before DRIVING OFF so he admitted that the 40 MONTH BATTERY WAS REPLACED INSTEAD OF THE LIFETIME BATTERY. That is SICKENING!!!!!! On top of everything that happened, they also scratched my vehicle!!!! They simply DO NOT CARE!!! My vehicle did not have any scratches on top of the edge of the hood. These employees in the service department are simply CARELESS OF CUSTOMERS PROPERTY. If you make the unthinkable mistake of dropping off your vehicle at this dealerships service department, make sure you TAKE NOTE OF EVERYTHING on your vehicle BEFORE DROP OFF because they will return it to you DEFECTIVE.

They have had my truck for more than 48 hrs and still haven't figured out what is tripping the check engine light. Now my representative is not returning my phone calls.
