This is a store with terrible employees; they're always rude when serving customers, they're never helpful, and they're always arrogant when providing service, even when offered a tip. Yesterday, the 15th, I came in and a person served me, looked at my face, and gestured as if to ask why the young man, Conar, hadn't served me. I said I didn't know, and he made a gesture of annoyance towards his own coworker. Today, the 16th, I came in for a headlight replacement for my car, and Conar served me. He told me he couldn't help me. I'm honestly never coming back to this store again in my life; there are much better stores with much better service.

I called ahead to ask if they can check my battery and the kindest person shared the steps and asked me request him by name. I came to the store so confused and stressed because my car was not operating smoothly. Lee-Andre not only took the time to run a battery and alternator test but also provided some additional clues as to what might cause my car to have malfunctioned. He was at the end of his shift when I arrived and stayed with me until my car cooled down enough to drive safely to my preferred dealer up the street. He went above and beyond my expectations and I left less stressed and clear about how I should proceed. I wish I received service like this more often. Good job, on your hiring!

Been there few times. My experience was never great there. But today they finally got me. I called to check if they could check if an electric bike battery was alive - they said yes. 15 minutes later I was there. They tell me they do not do that and denied that I called in advance.

Today I had a pleasure meeting the sales manager Luducano. He was very helpful and I was able to understand certain things that I had questions about! I am also truly amazed with the staff in this location They are very friendly and helpful.

I came in with 1 front headlight and two tail lights not working. I initially didn't know which bulb to buy for high beam or low beam. Lyn S went above beyond my expectations and spent a few minutes to get me the right parts and did the installation himself. This saved me a tremendous amount of time. Im always coming back to Autozone for all my needs.

Car battery died half hour before closing, husband out of town but the store manager saved me! He installed the new battery for me and I was on my way. Amazing service! Super nice!

They were a little busy, but the person who built me out was very polite and friendly. Asked me questions on what part that I needed and gave me the right part and help me save some money by making some recommendations. Appreciate honest people, and when they take the time to ask about how they can help.
I had to get new windshield wipers because a car wash station ripped off the windshield rubber segment .

Went in tonight to grab a starter for my son’s car. The guy helping us was knowledgeable, quick, friendly and able to answer all of our questions. Great customer service!!!!
