I had a battery issue and John D. helped me out. His customer service was excellent. He tested my battery and saw it was faulty. He sold me a new battery and installed it. It was done in a timely fashion and John was very professional yet personable!

Unfortunately, they didn't honor my promotion because the sticker was stuck to the furniture, and they didn't honor the price. It wasn't my problem if it was their mistake.

Fantastic experience and customer service. I Stopped by this location today to replace my headlight bulbs. I was instantly greeted by Miguel as I entered and as well by another nice gentleman. I explained my task and Miguel immediately came outside, pulled my bulb, matched it up inside and within minutes I was checked out. He then went an extra step by replacing both of my bulbs for me! I was instantly greeted and out in 20 minutes with new bulbs installed. I had at least 3 employees acknowledge me with greetings and Miguel went above and beyond assisting me. I will be back for my auto care needs! Thanks team!

The men here are lazy and don’t like to work I came here to charge my battery and he was saying everything but doing what I asked which was take out my battery and put it on the charger he came up with everything reason and excuse so that he didn’t have to charge my battery his name was Cesar the guys walking around talking playing not being helpful it was giving it was too hot and taking my battery about my car putting it on the charger was too much work I’m not happy with this store or the employees find better workers
