The product was sold to others. Arrived at the store but they were out of stock. We gad a cold snap so I guess a run on the wiper fluids. I was offered a chance to order again but not sure why this was not automatic. No trust in the system.

Tuesday Nov7 2023 4pmHunter is passive aggressive.He was asked by a front employee of his where abouts (hey Hunter where are you , this Oil needs to be taken back) because they needed assistance, in which he replied " Im back here doing inventory, MY JOB."After looking myself I could not find a product on the sales floor, and the cashier had a line of 5 people.( which they also told Hunter about)After 5min I finally caught him walking by , and asked " is there anyone on the floor? I cant find something"He replied " yes mam theyre coming, you just have to be a patient" (i was being patient/they never came)Then I proceeded to wait 10min more before a nice young man who just clocked in - had a quick moment where his customer was on the phone to help me. The product was out of stock (that took less than 1 min) .. I was in the store 20min and only left with disappointment.Why couldnt HUNTER THE MANAGER have checked that for me, while his team was backed up ??Why couldnt Hunter have said " Ill get someone to help you as soon as possible mam, THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE "Why did Hunter tell his team member that he was doing inventory, " HIS JOB " as if no one else was also working.Thats how you speak to customers HUNTER.. if you cant be personable and empathic -get out of Retail.

Piss poor customer service!!!!Only likes tending fast and effectively to male customers!!!! Even after making my complaint, the young guy at the register just looked up and threw his hands up and walked off!!!...I've never experienced such nonsense!...

The other day, my son and I were stranded at the pediatric office due to my battery being dead. Jeremy was quick to help and truly cared about my situation. He sent Rudy out to replace the battery at the pediatric office and I promise it only took him about 10 minutes! I am beyond thankful for this team and their expertise! I strongly recommend them to anyone and will use them forever now! Thank you Jeremy and Rudy for taking care of us and caring for your customers.

I drive an older SUV, that I am slowly fixing up and Every time I come here they are so helpful, and they explain everything to me and are very patient about it. The only auto store I will go to. Thank you Mario and Chelley!!! My jeep is running awesome and so is my sisters Durango!!

Wait times are ridiculous and staff is absolutely rude.. Talking to another Auto Zone location that was up the road this is a common issue at this location. Owner and management obviously don’t care. Won’t be going back. Please just go to Oreillys and save yourself a headache dealing with these people.Response to owner’s generic reply.The fact other Auto Zone locations have not a single nice thing to say about your location only proves that you do not in fact put customer service first.

Stood in line for 30 minutes to pickup an online order that was ready for pickup via e-mail confirmation. After waiting forever to bring the order up they inform me that they only had 1 rotor in the standard and would give me the other rotor in the gold. Told them I didn’t want the rotors on the front of my car mixed matched and didn’t understand why the order said it was ready for pickup if they didn’t have the parts. The guy told me to “check my attitude”. I told him I have no attitude I just don’t understand because obviously someone picked the order and marked it as ready for pickup. He informed me that it was ordered from the hun and would be here later so they just marked it as “ready”. I told them that was unacceptable and he told me my attitude was unacceptable. I asked for a refund with a receipt, he told me he would refund the item but won’t be getting a receipt. I walked out and will not be using this location again. Horrible customer service and to be telling customers they need to check their attitude should not be tolerated by management who was clearly standing nearby.

So on 7.22.2023 @ 10:30a my fiancee and I went to this Autozone store #3994 on 5771 N Fry Rd to replace a bad battery. My mechanic who has been working on all my vehicles for years is replacing the alternator on my fiancee SUV and tested the battery and showed it was bad he said it was leaking. We go back to AutoZone to exchange it for a new battery because the battery we had was under warranty (only 6 months old). Once we enter the store we see the shift manager Joseph S with the nasty teeth that was at the very front of register. He basically ignored us and pointed us to go get in line. Strike one very rude behavior. Then we get to see a clerk who test our battery, the other register associate stated that the testers aren't working properly. But he test the battery anyway says it's good and basically walks off, strike two. So I go back to the front to speak with Joseph S with the nasty teeth about the situation. He is half paying attention but finally stopped what he is doing to go test the battery himself. The same associate tells him the testers are not working. But Joseph S with the nasty teeth gets a tester and it supposedly test good. So we get our mechanic on the line to explain the issue. Joseph S again is being rude to the mechanic as well, strike three. So we found the store manager Jeremy W who did take care of the situation and swap the battery out. This store is in our neighborhood and is convenient to get to but customer service is horrible. There is an O'Reilly's down on FM 529 that we will start going to. That's all do what you will with our bad experience. Receipt 689999.
