Not sure if they somehow deleted my review, as they seem to be very defensive toward any negative review, but I'm reposting to hopefully save someone from wasting their time and money here. Also, 3 separate infection cases immediately after visiting your salon is not a coincidence.
I used to come here a couple years ago and loved it because of the excellent service and reasonable prices. Came to get my nails done for prom after a while of not coming, and the staff was hostile towards me and my friend, treating me like I was crazy for wanting a nail evened out and grabbing my hand aggressively when I asked for it, then proceeding to tell me it wasn't uneven when it very clearly was. They also had the audacity to tell me MY nail was crooked when I know damn well what my nails look like.
On top of that, l asked how much my nails would be beforehand with the design I wanted, they said $65. When I went up to the counter to pay, the lady said $65 then charged $75 on my card instead. Don't even bother calling me a fake customer because you can't find my name in your system. I haven't been here in over a year and I will never be back. Based on how they responded to other reviews, Azora Nails and Spa seems like they only care about money and reputation. They do not care about their clients. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

I have been going to Azora for a couple years and this is the best place for a pedicure. The Royal pedicure takes some time but it is fantastic! I got Kim this time and she did a wonderful job.

The staff are extremely warm, polite, very attentive and patient. The prices are consistent and most of all, my nails are always done well each time. Will always visit there and highly recommend them to my friends and relatives.

I was looking for a new nail tech and my sister told me to try hers out. She did such an amazing job the first time. So good that I didn't need to get a refill but I went back to get my vacation nails done. Thank you Lily, what I asked for is what I got!

Azora is the best nail salon in Katy! The staff is so welcoming and the environment is relaxing and clean. Anne is so kind and always does my nails perfect. I’ve been coming here for seven years. This is my go to nail salon.

I have been going to Azora nails for 6 years now. I am very picky about where I go, but I love the employees, they are very sweet and welcoming. I get my nails done all the time all of them are amazing and do good. I use Annie, she does amazing!! They will not let you down!

My mom came to this nail salon on Saturday in the afternoon to get a pedicure and a manicure. Unfortunately, she had a bad experience with both service. The nail tech had hurt her big toe while cleaning it and even made her bleed a little and cleaned it with alcohol. For her manicure she used dip and also filed down her nails with a drill when there was nothing to file down which resulted in her nails breaking not even 24 hours after. My mom went the next day to ask for a refund because this has not happened at any other nail salon and after reading the reviews about infections, she was concerned. They did not want to give her any refund and blamed her for “weak nails” when she had healthy nails. They wanted to give her a gift card so she could give it to someone else… She ended up getting only $25 back out of the $80 she paid. Please go somewhere else !!

I was really disappointed with my recent manicure experience 4/17/2025. The nail stylist-Moon, did not buff my nails properly, leaving them rough, jagged and uneven. It was very noticeable both to the touch and appearance. A manicure should feel clean and polished, but this one felt rushed and careless. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
