This store is located in between entrance 2 and 3. So easy to find them. I have been coming into this location for several years.
For the most part it’s always organized, but I know how hard it is so keep a clothing store tidy when they are busy.
They always have a good selection, pretty much what you find on the website. The only problem that I typically have is they tend to carry a lot of the large sizes and not so much of the petite sizes. It could be a coincidence too.
I think it’s worth it visiting this location. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

The manager, Sebastian, was very helpful and provided excellent customer care, truly ensuring customer satisfaction. When I asked him to hold a jacket at another location, he immediately called and put the jacket on hold for me. He was also very flexible and understanding, making me feel well taken care of as a customer. Highly recommend, and I will definitely come back to shop.

Visited Banana Republic Factory recently and I wanted to highlight the amazing customer service provided by Makayla. Makayla's attentiveness was remarkable. She anticipated my needs and offered assistance without being intrusive. Makayla went above and beyond to ensure I found what I was looking for.
I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

Former Employee. The was literally one of the best places that I worked at. The managers were amazing they were supportive understanding etc. Co workers amazing as well pay was decent at 14.00 hr. The only thing that I didn't like about working here is that u don't get a lot of hours due to how busy the mall/store is which is understandable. Overall 4.5 out 5

I had an outstanding experience with Snezana. Snezana attentiveness, diverse style suggestions, and dedicated care from start to finish made my shopping experience exceptional. Highly recommend her service! FYI I tried to do the 2 minute survey medallie shown on the receipt kept getting error that the store number was not correct 06267.
