Great option for the ATM drive thru. It’s usually not packed.

Sadly, this is the worst BoA I have experienced for a simple service, notary. There were only two customers in front of me and it took over 30 mins. The lobby attendant discussed James information on his deposits in front of everyone waiting. You have multiple staffers walking around but most seemed clueless to customer concerns.
If you don’t have to use this BoA, DON’T! They won’t improve their practices until their customers force them. After being a customer of BoA over 20 years, I’m really considering changing everything over to my credit union.

I attended on July 29 and it was not possible to make a cash deposit. The employee did not want to receive it. Her explanation was that it was contaminated. I have deposited many times at other branches without problems

They need to train their stuff/banker better!!! I went to the bank at 11:40AM yesterday to make a wire transfer as I needed to transfer funds to the Title company for a property transaction in the afternoon. Upon entering the bank, a lady greeted me and told me that I only needed to wait for a little while. She took my phone number and entered it into her tablet for a simple registration. After waiting for about 10 minutes, Karem came over and told me that I needed to wait another 30 minutes. At that time, apart from another woman who seemed to be waiting for someone, there was no one else waiting in line before me. I asked Karem why it would take so long, and she vaguely replied that there were others ahead of me. I said fine, since I had to do the wire transfer anyway because I needed it for the property transaction later in the afternoon. She then asked for my phone number again to register my information and walked to the side to continue working on her tablet. After few minute, she suddenly said, “Alright, I can help you with the wire transfer now,” and took me to her office.
Everything seemed to go smoothly. I provided all the necessary information, she filled out the forms at her computer, verified the details, and printed them out for me to confirm. I signed the documents, and she handed them to her manager for approval. She then told me that everything was set, and the funds would be transferred to the escrow company within 30 minutes. I left with a copy of the transaction, and the whole process took about 20-30 minutes.
I arrived at the Cypress Title company at 1:15 PM to complete the property transaction, but even after signing all the documents by 2:30 PM, the staff still hadn’t received my wire transfer. I checked my mobile banking app, and the funds were still in my account. Then I called Bank of America's customer service, and they checked my account, only to tell me that there were no pending transactions. This meant that no operations had been conducted on my account that afternoon. I was furious. I needed to complete the property transaction and hand over the purchase funds to the Title company, so my only option was to go to a nearby bank and use another method—a new cashier’s check. By then, it was already past 3 PM. I drove to a nearby Bank of America branch, where the staff promptly helped me get a cashier’s check. I then handed the check to the Title company, and thankfully, I managed to complete the transaction at the last minute!
I absolutely have to file a complaint against Karem at this location. She must have been daydreaming! From the time I opened my account over 10 years ago until now, I’ve never encountered such an incompetent banker! Worst experience ever!!!

I recently visited my bank and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the banker assisting me lacked the necessary knowledge to address my concerns. Simple questions about my account and services were met with confusion, and I felt like I was getting the runaround instead of prompt, helpful answers.
To make matters worse, the overall service was slow and inefficient. I had to wait for extended periods while the banker sought help from colleagues or consulted reference materials. This lack of preparedness and expertise is unacceptable, especially in a professional banking environment.
In summary, my visit left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I expected a higher level of competence and responsiveness from my bank, and this experience has certainly shaken my confidence in their ability to manage my financial needs effectively.

What a bank, bad service, the employees see that the line is long, they are okay, they are gossiping among themselves, only one box is open, we have all been standing for 30 minutes and they are fine, thank you, what a disappointment about the bank, please, gentlemen, if you don't like your job, stay in your best house

You would expect a cashier to be there during business hours Monday to Friday until 4 pm, however this is not the case on this location. I visited the agency on a Monday right before 2 pm and there was no cashier to be found, I was told just to wait patiently until someone show up which didn’t happen. Total disregard of the customer time and customer in general.

I know you don’t care this review as a bank that I still trying to complain. I know it is hard to hire people now as an employer too. But your teller is super slow and unprofessional. A gentlemen was trying cashier a check front of me at teller. It cost me wait over 15 mins until your other employee comes to help. I don’t know why teller she isn’t training like customer expected and still right there working.

I have banked with Bank of America since 2003, more than 20 years! We walked into the bank to open up an additional account. I told him that I have long history with them. It was empty - 4 Bank of America employees were sitting in their empty cabins / no customers. One came out after 5mins and he told us rudely that he can’t do it today and we will have to come back with an appointment. He had “go away” attitude! We went to chase bank across and got it done in 5mins. I will be closing all my accounts here and have to say “people” define “companies - bank in this case”. His attitude was unacceptable, not customer focused but repulsive! ? They should probably not have humans in the bank and have robots - will be more friendly, customer oriented, efficient and effective for Bank of America.

Do NOT do business with any Bank of America. We had an account with them and when we tried to close it, they would not release our funds for months. This is the worst bank in the universe.

The waiting time is ridiculous. 8 people in line waiting and only one cashier. This is lack of management. A good manager will not allow long lines.
