I wouldn’t recommend the Duracell automotive battery. When I purchased it,
the customer service was awesome but in 1.5 years the battery started having issues and every time when I jumped and brought it in they would check and say the battery is fine and that I need to drive the car everyday. Finally, the battery would not even jump and when I removed and brought it to the store, they denied the warranty that the battery was bright drained and they don’t have records of me bringing it in. They offered to put on a charge for 24 hours and today they said that the battery is bad and denied replacing it with warranty. Will not recommend the battery.
Update: Batteries plus reached out right away and warranted out the battery. Will update on its longevity but the customer service made up for the store.

This is a great company who is willing to make things right! I came in for a new car battery & they were helpful and installed it immediately for me. Unfortunately, they installed it incorrectly, which caused some car issues. When I reached out to let them know about the damage, they covered the bill immediately. The customer service was great! Would definitely come here again.

I tried to return a battery that did not fit my Back-UPS unit, but was denied because it was more than 14 days since my purchase. I was not informed of the policy when I bought it. It was 3 days past the purchase date. This happened during the time of hurricane Beryl when I had a house-full of family members, so my schedule was not normal. The store is also 15 miles from my home, so it's not convenient. I would have appreciated any attempt to refund the money and/or suggest I contact a manager .
