I walked into this branch today, 5 Aug 2025, o/a 2:35PM. I was the only customer at the time, so I find it very awkward that the associates watched me enter and fill out a deposit slip, but not one person greeted me. Tyler stood and stared at me, did not say one word.The other two individuals did the same thing. As a 5+ year business account holder, I would like to know why did they decide that greeting me was not a priority?
I am disappointed and I recommend you review the cameras and address the underlying issue.

I had an issue with, what I believe to be, a PNC error (which originated at another branch). Gary Borne and Gabbie Leighton responded to my issue with professionalism and empathy. They researched the issue, accepted responsibility, suggested a path forward, and were very helpful. I know that it can be difficult to work in customer service. They did a very good job. Fast, professional, and friendly, I recommend this branch for your banking needs.

I had an amazing experience opening my business bank account at PNC Cinco Ranch & Mason. Every staff member was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The branch manager, Kisha Amao, went above and beyond by making time in her schedule to personally assist me. Her attentiveness and dedication to customer service were truly impressive - She even greeted every customer by name.
While at the branch, I observed the entire team providing excellent service, ensuring that each customer's needs were met with care and efficiency. It's clear that customer satisfaction is top priority. I'm thrilled to have found a new banking home and look forward to opening more accounts with my family. Thank you to Kisha and the entire team for an outstanding experience!

Had a great interaction with Kisha the branch manager, she was very informative and assisted me with setting up a business account for my cleaning service. She took her time and made me feel very welcome.

The transaccion was quick. I'm impress with their service. The lady at the front, opened the door for me, ask me to sit down, fill out the forms, went to the teller and came back with the receipt.
Waited for me and hold the door so I could get out. Amazing!!!
Never before experience something like this! Going to this office of PNC Bank, it's out of this world!

I went in to this location cash a large check from a relative who is a long term PNC customer. I don't have an account there but the check was written on their PNC account. Immediately I was told there is a 2% charge which I didn't think was too unreasonable. Then I was told they didn't have that much money in their vault. I'm quite familiar with banking industry standards and I know even small banks keep approximately $50,000 on hand. My check was a fraction of that amount. I had originally considered opening an account there but read so many bad reviews about this location I opted not to. I just wanted to cash the check. Here is one more bad review for the record.

Transition between Compass and PNC very messy. We had a HELOC account with them and it was botched up on the transition. Ruined my credit!

PNC bank has to be the most poorly run organization on the planet. The branch service is terrible. The phone customer service is the worst that I have ever seen. They refuse to fix problems. They will hold your money unreasonably. It doesn't matter if you are a good client or not.

Stay away from this branch if you don’t want to ruin your day. We had an online appointment to open a new account but nobody knew about it and even branch manager, Roland Seddiq, treated us as sloppy walk-ins. He was not informative with online appointment system at all and act like an arrogant angry bird, I’ve never had such a bad customer service from any banks.

PNC app and their business methods are trash I loved BBVA no thanks to screwing your loyal customers over selling out to the wrong company you should've got bought out by Chase which is where I'm taking my money after I close all my pnc accounts!!!!
