Most disgusting customer service at this location. I was profiled by the manager at this location light skinned black woman. I tried to withdraw some money and she started interrogating me as if I were a criminal. I did not feel welcomed at this location and I will never bank with PNC again.

This branch needs to be closed down they are notorious for profiling you and stealing your money. The manager at this location Janiele Har stole money I paid to a PNC customer and lied to the customer stating I refused to pay.

Was using the ATM to withdraw money and the machine didn’t dispense no money but it took it out from my card. Went inside to get assistance. Was dealing with an employee who was still in training who made it very aware she’s wasn’t too happy having to deal with the situation. I get it but at least be a little sympathetic. She called another worker. Took the workers long to even come to tell me they couldn’t help me anyways because they didn’t own the ATM and I didn’t have an account with them. But my problem with this bank was the lack of empathy. The workers were making jokes and weren’t really wanting to address the situation after letting them know I was out a great amount of money for my rent. No sympathy and I’m definitely glad I don’t have any account with them. Worst experience I had in my life.

I had a very negative experience with PNC Bank. When I withdrew money, I received several counterfeit bills. When I tried to resolve the issue at the bank, the staff was uncooperative, and the process to fix the situation was long and frustrating. I was deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability and poor service, something I wouldn't expect from a financial institution of this size.

Ms Harvey and her staff is great. Especially Ms Harvey she’s so attentive and ready to help. I had some trouble with my account and she helped me the whole way and made sure I was ok. Great team highly recommend.

I’ve worked for a bank 7 years and this is absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had. Every time I come here I literally takes 30min to complete a simple transaction like a deposit or withdraw.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience at this location. The female banker is extremely incompetent. She had my credit card delivered to the wrong address and ordered my debit card incorrectly. There’s no excuse for the bankers mistakes which have caused me a tremendous amount of stress.I banked with BBVA for nearly twenty years and will leave because of this encounter.
