TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went in yesterday and told them I wanted a full set and pedicure. They jumped to do my pedicure but when it came time for my full set, looked at the picture and simply said no. Waste of time! I went to the shop across the street and great lady by the name of Cathy did the full set I asked for. Violet nails! Go there! The service is wayyyyy better.

Went in to get a pedicure and eyebrow wax @5:30 they told me they were not taking anymore customers they are full. It was only 2 people getting serviced at the time no one else was in there. Very unprofessional I never went to a nail shop and got turned away when y’all close at 7. They lost a loyal customer

I spent over $130 at this nail shop getting a full set pedicure and my nails broke the next day. I went up there to get it fixed. Some of the ones that broke and the next day another nail broke. I have a total of two nails broke after a day don’t go!!!! They popping off like press ons and I wasn’t doing nothing BUT GETTING DRESSED MY NAILS USUALLY LAST 3weeks

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME coming here. These people have no idea what they are doing, they’ll ruin your nails and have 0 regard for it.
There’s plenty of better spots out there, do yourself and your nails a favor.

Sarah and Lisa were extra sweet as well as the manager but the service was horrible my feet still feel as rough as they did when I arrived. And to top it off we had to walk out with our nails half done.. I just moved here so they lost a potential good customer and I will not be returning.

Absolutely rude. I sat in the pedicure chair ALONE for 20 min, wasn't offered anything- not even to pick out a color. It's cold out and now my water turned cold and literally my feet are freezing and i got NO ONE to come and attend. There were 3 girls getting serviced and 2 of the girls had TWO workers working on them. Then when i got my husband to get someone they didn't even care just a loud and quick SORRY. Sorry! Like you can leave. So I did. Would NEVER RECOMMEND. Ever.

It is the worst place to get a pedicure. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They have no idea about anything. They destroyed my finger. The only thing they know is to ask for a tip.

I called ahead and they were able to see me without an appt, it looked like they had a few customers and spread out.I saw a gentleman named Kevin and he's not fluent in English but he's very diligent in his job in my opinion. I respectfully showed him a photo of my nails as I would any person. He said okay and busted out his glasses and flashlight with head band. I can't help to give him no more than 5 star for his dedication.The 4 star is for the facility included.Some of the reviews I read about sanitation and cleanliness is true. The tables and plastic barrier to protect customers do look like they haven't been wiped daily. You get what you pay for.I may be hygienic, however, if you've ever been to hole in the walls or traveled outside your city, you know some places aren't just that fortunate but they are still fairly good.No, this isn't a 4 star hotel nail spa. At the same time I saw the amount of tip Kevin received from a pedicure, for example, and it was $3. In the past 2 decades of getting my nails done on my own, I have never given $3 to anyone who washed and scrubbed my feet. Even cracked a few jokes, made him laugh.When soap was out at the sanitation station while other people were making faces, I told them 'oh the soap is out, do you have more?' I'm not going to not wash my hands and making faces saying nothing. And sure enough Kevin moved like lightening lol.They did see me when my own salon was closed and when I wanted my nails done. I also observed them not turning anyone away. My salon doesn't take walk in and they don't receive $3 tip. It's customary to tip 15 to 25% for those who touch your body. And the types of people who walked in were dressed and appeared well off, especially in our neighborhood. So, let's act like the money we spend in these reviews.

I needed my eyebrows done because i’m going out tonight. I stopped here because it’s right by my house and I did not want to travel to my normal mail shop that does my brows. I wish I had a before pic b/c she did not make a difference at all. It was the lady at the front counter so i’m not sure if she is the person who normally does them but I will never come back
