Do NOT sign up for a membership here. They will continue to take your money every month even though you are not attending and are not under the initial one year contract. In my opinion, Holly is a FRAUD.

Best yoga and pilates in the area . You need both IHP and BIKRAM to round out your treatment. Both these disciplines are complementary and synergistically powerful methodologies to attune your total MIND BODY and SOUL. They use the original dialogue- what that means you are getting the best instruction and correct prescription. If you want the full prescribed dose take the 90 min . If you want the lower dose take the 75 min or 60 min. Life changing practice -- guarantee if you stick with it you will be happier and healthier. Did I mention this studio does not smell - it is clean organized with LOTs of space.

Love this studio! The staff is super friendly, the teachers are consistent and kind. I was only visiting Katy, Tx for a year. When I found this studio I looked no further. Both the staff and regulars welcomed me and I felt right at home.

I have had a great experience here. I’ve had almost all the instructors and they are amazing and motivating. I love the dynamic personalities they each have. In Pilates, The best part is you get a new combo of exercises even if it’s the same instructor. You could never be bored. In yoga, you feel the benefit of it being hot, lengthily your body through the moves and those lavender frozen towels at the end !!!! Let me tell you it brings you back down for the rush.On occasion, It probably couldn’t be hot yoga but offering a yoga for children 3* would be amazing. It’s about the influence at young ages. It’s a great place for your body and it will be in my rotation from now on.After, a month of alternating yoga and Pilates, I can feel and see the adipose tissue and inches shrinking . It’s awesome.

Do you like it hot? Well this is the place to go to get your yoga on. Teachers are great and keep an eye out on the newbies and give you all the help you want. I'm 71 and have no problem in the class. The poses flow to complement each other and the challenge is to master each one. I usually arrive 20 minutes prior to my other yoga classes to loosen/warm up, not here by the second set your all set and ready to go. After the class your going to feel great. I do recommend doing the hour class the first time to get a feel for the class. Bring water and be ready to be challenged.

This is an amazing studio to practice, the front desk staff are amazing! 95% of the instructors are excellent, the members are delightful. I just have a complaint: the inconsistency of the heat/humidity in the studio. When I first started practicing here, the heat/humidity was glorious and super consistent, you knew what to expect every single time you come in to practice! Now, you are uncertain if the room is going to be well heated or not. This has been brought to the attention of the staff and the owner multiple times. If it's one or two people complaining, it easy to brush it off but when multiple people complain, it's not in our head. The common excuse for not getting sufficient heat/humidity in the room has become "due to the weather outside blah blah blah". Well, the weather outside was "blah blah blah" in the past, yet the heat/humidity worked perfectly, and most importantly, it was consistent. It is the believe of several practitioners that due to the increase in everything, including such things as utilities, the owner is being conservative in the providing sufficient heat/humidity in the room (which essentially is what makes the whole experience). Keep in mind, the price for this experience is not cheap, yet one feels short-changed. In spite of this, we come here because of the proximity to our house, for me that's under 10 min, this asides from the positives cited at the beginning of this review. It breaks my heart that I have to write this review, but it's extremely frustrating expecting to get a solid practice but instead, some days, you literally have a cool breeze blowing at you from the overhead vent. And on some rare occasions, you may be lucky to actually have decent heat. Besides the proximity to one's home, once you are locked into a package, depending on the type of package you choose, you either loose your money (as expected) if you decide not to come in to practice due to the heating issue. Or, if you chose the yearly or six months contract, you are still obligated to pay monthly or if you decide to cancel, then, you are obligated to pay the difference of the regular monthly price and the months used, either way, you are loosing money. So, my advice to newbies, take advantage of the discounted introductory month and come as much as you can, so you can experience the heat/humidity conditions before committing to any package.

I am in love with this woman-owned, family-run studio. It's a HOT, FUN, super friendly and encouraging studio with great instructors and a helpful front desk team. It's CLEAN, 3 shower stalls with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided, and a large changing area. Katy, TX is lucky to have a hot yoga studio that is inclusive and caring to its members. I've been all over the country experiencing different kinds of hot studios and instructors...Bikram Yoga Katy is definitely on the top list.

Negative 10 under zero- worst experience of my entire life. I've in my 40 years only been to beginners yoga 8 times and always enjoyed the beginners lead teaching and modeling. I signed up with my husband for beginners and what we got was a teacher not showing but auctioneer style verbalizing jargon about breath and stand. But it was obvious that no beginner of the 26 people packed on top of each other would have known what to do. So we stared at the regulars that knew and tried to tune her out. We were told we were not allowed to leave and we just laid there most of the time not knowing what to do. Rude and unacceptable for 100 new comer. No refunds and I am fine with that. I paid 100 for an hour and a half of sweating and being upset with modeling or instruction.

I travel monthly from out of country back to home here in Texas and have been looking for some time for hot yoga. Well this little gem of a place scored 100%. Great classes, motivating instructors, an AMAZING WORKOUT, clean, organized, and the class participants are just so friendly. Instructors without delaying the rhythms of the class gave me all the instructions and steps to make the class great for a new person. I can’t wait to be back next month and join my new found daily workout.

I highly recommend this place for your practice. I was visiting my sister in Katy for a couple of days and wanted a place to do Hot Yoga so I Googled and found Bikram Yoga was only 10 minutes from her house. I am so glad I found Bikram Yoga, the facility is so spacious and amazingly super clean. I was greeted like I had been there to practice almost everyday although I was a first time visitor. Honestly, I would die (figure if speech) to have a place like this so close to were I live. I attended the Hot Pilates class with Vicky and she was amazing. I really appreciated, she took the time welcome new visitors. Overall, I thought the class was conducted at levels for everyone because she provided variations which allowed you to go that extra mile. I won't lie...my tongue was hanging out afterwards. Please give this place a try !
