Bits & Bytes Computers is an excellent, locally owned computer shop. The staff is friendly, courteous, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They offer a variety of services and equipment, with lots of parts and practically one of everything you might need. They provide amazing, honest, and straightforward service and advice, saving customers time, heartache, and money. They can diagnose and resolve problems quickly, and their experience is a valuable asset. It is an awesome small business that provides a pleasant and the best experience.
Customer service was fantastic. Walked into the shop with my laptop that had been hacked. He walked me through all the things that needed to be done and we got it under control right away. Would definitely come back for any computer related problem.
