Very unprofessional. She stood me up and wasted my time. I called her to make a appointment she told me she would do my hair Saturday at 10:00AM. I said thats fine. On Saturday after 10 she text me and said she couldn't make it until 12. I said ok, but was not happy. 12PM came and went with no word from her, so I called her at 1:00 she didn't bother to even pick up the phone. She text me back a few mins later with a lame excuse. I will never use her again half of my day was waisted waiting on her.

Schedule an appointment a week in advance. She texted me the following day to confirm. On the day of the appointment she never showed or called. So I called her to see if she will still keep the appointment. She said she forgot. How can you forget when we confirmed?? So we reschedule for the following day. She never showed, she never answered text and she did not answer her phone.. very unprofessional. Is this how you supposed to run a business? I don't think so. I will never use this braider again nor will I send any referrals.

Angela is very unprofessional. She doesn’t wear a mask and she changes prices after she starts working on your braids. She did it to me two days in a row. She quoted a price for me and my daughter then changed it. She was over an hour late for my appointment and refuses to acknowledge her wrong. They use the same towel to dry all the clients hair. She told me that she was going to give me a refund because I wasn’t satisfied with the work but changed her mind after one day. I have the text messages to prove it. I will never return to this salon again.
So I see she has her employees writing reviews. SMH... Angela needs help.

The braiders are polite and do a great job. I've been there severally, did hair styles and have never been disappointed. If you need an adjustment with your hair, they'll fix it and will not charge you. They always wear their mask and their seats are spaced 6feets apart. They make sure to sensitize and clean the chairs in front of you before you sit and will even offer you a mask if you don't have one. They'll even share their food and water with you if you care for some. Definitely will keep going.

I started going to that place when Celine was there but since Mrs Angela Took over it’s even better , the lady is so nice, kind ,woman of God . Braiders are very professional, clean , they wear mask and even share them with customers. The job is quick and neat. They sanitize seat after every customer. They offer mobile service , they come and do my hair in my house and had they mask on. They really take care of their customers. Definitely a place to be. I will go back.

This was a very good experience. Angela and her girls were extremely professional. The service was fast and my Box Braids came out better than expected. When I took my braids down, there were no knots or tangles, so I did not lose a lot of hair, as with my previous experiences at other salons. I am a customer for life whenever I want braids.
