Moving to Katy and starting fresh with a new clientele has truly been a journey. Renting a space at Salons by JC has been such a great experience, and I have to give special thanks to the manager, Arianal. From our very first meeting, she’s been so kind, welcoming, and helpful. I am leaving a review for SBJC Katy and for Aurielle! I recently transferred from NYC to Houston, Tx and I can not thank Aurielle enough for making my transition so smooth. This has been extremely helpful and I really appreciate her urgency in the matter. I am really loving the warm welcome. I look forward to the weeks to come. I have been a resident at the NYC 59th st location for almost 4 years and I look forward to many years to come here! Thanks Aurielle you’re the best!

My wife switched hairdressers after 25 years with the same woman. The new hairdresser, Nidia, was great. Great color and highlights and a nice cut. She did everything my wife asked. These salons are private rooms, which was nice. Very good experience.

I think that this specific location is truly amazing, from the suites, to the tenants I've encountered, to the building manager. Everything that gets reported gets fixed quickly and efficiently. I just renewed my lease because it's truly a great environment to work in.

There’s no one at the front desk ever & they don’t answer phones. So unless u know someone in the salon personally u can’t book anyone. I sat there for over 30 mins and had to go somewhere else.

Gone there for several years for some reason in last year or so this lady sits in waiting area always talking on phone speaker or face time loud
I don’t want to hear her conversation
Geeze if she works there then she’s horrible employee if not why hanging out all time
It’s discgusting can’t wait for my appt in there as should be

Clean and professional environment. Very nice looking in the inside and organized.
Stylist: Lash stylist was ivy in suite 808 she did an amazing job!!! Very satisfied with her working with her for the first time. Super nice and welcoming! Definitely worth your money!!
