The store is located inside Katy Mills Mall, with a handicap-friendly entrance at the ends of both crosswalks. The parking lot can be full during weekends, but there is always a place to park. The store is well-kept, organized, and easy to navigate. Customers can find a wide selection of books, including manga series with multiple volumes in stock. While it may not have the same online shopping experience, the brick-and-mortar store provides a satisfactory experience. Despite the age of audio books and digital reading, this Books-A-Million store has remained one of the last few bookstores in the area, serving the community for about 20 years.
Wonderful assortment of books, competitive prices, and I love their discounted book section as it is larger than other book stores.

Very helpful/knowledgeable staff. Located right inside entrance #2 when entering Katy Mills Mall. Parking lot can be full during weekends, but there always seems to be a place to park. Handicap friendly entrance at the ends of both cross walks.
