So the story of Boost Mobile Incompetence extends to their physical stores as well. I have had a ....piss.... Time with boost this whole month. From just ridiculous customer service to laughable negligence...to down right baffling fuckery. I HATE ...and I'm using the word HATE here. I HATE BOOST MOBILE ...and anyone who's even slightly affiliated with them. Typical disclaimer follows... I'm not one to leave a review, I just stay away from that thing. Im extremely patient, but when you began to dick me around and give misinformation, or make a problem you caused worst for me and can't give me an explanation. I tend to get peeved. While I can't do nothing to a phone person but waste energy but when u tell me to go visit a store and I can put a face to the BS. It's that much harder to remain civil. So I avoided the store for this reason...but here I go because now in order to transfer my service they need me to go to a store location. GREAT. OF COURSE ...the young lady there, just looked like this wasn't gonna go smoothly. I told the spill and of course she was adamant about not being able to help me. Not like the REALLY can't help but more so the "We're about to close and I don't wanna put in the effort to help you." Right! I been there fine...just say that. Of course that's to reasonable Instead, she gives this half assed effort and excuses over and over talking about ...policy and losing her job yada yada. Then begins to question my information and motives indirectly. Whatever .. but then, she says something like it's a solution but then doesn't do it. Oh that's something my manager has to approve...I'd have to call her. Ookk so fuc*ing call her... Oh but she's gonna tell u the same thing. Riggghht! So your not gonna call her... No! When will she be in? ... Uhh she doesn't come in she works from home. .... Riggghht!! So why in Fucktonia did u even bring it up? If u wasn't gonna do it. She was extremely unhelpful and just kept saying the ppl who sent me there was wrong and apparently they are separate entities that have no ties to one another. I asked so who do u call to verify stuff.... Oh we call them! What the F... Is going on ? I'm being trolled hard. I don't know if it was because she was lazy or I look like someone she just didn't wanna help ..or maybe she was telling the truth but it seems boost mobile workers are being abused by their superiors because they do not want to let u speak to them. AT NO COST. I was so done at this point I didn't even get the lady's name. So I ask for the corporate number... And she says ok but they are gonna tell me the same thing..and this is the kicker! She gave me THE SAME number to the people that told me to come up there in the 1st place...the same number to the people SHE SAID SHE CALLS ...but also said they are not the same entity. The incompetence is at such a level ... I can not even function anymore. I call the number.. guess what they say... GUESS?! ... if you said A. Oh I can't help you ... You have to go into a boost store! YOU FU*KING GENIUS YOU! I wanna go back up There and give her the business just because she's physical but it started way before she got involved and that wouldn't be fair... though her face is what I see when I shun Boost. So I cant get the info to transfer my service through Telly because they suspended my account, not paying 100 dollars to get it unsuspended because they overcharged me, They say go get the info at the store, the lovely store clerk says I'm in the Twilight Zone cause it's not possible... Of course unless she calls her manager, a manager who only works at home, which apparently is a death Sentence for her... And she won't do it. Sooo I just have to get a new service, phone and number. Absolutely the WORST customer service I've been through in a long time! 1 Star .. Would Not Recommend! Would actually punch everyone! Now I feel it's my duty to review them to the ground. T

Elderly man refused to help because I bought the SIM card from boost mobile online! He wanted me to buy another one in store in order to get some help activating it. Ridiculous.

Pro: Boost salesperson at Mason store was very helpful in explaining to his CS peer through that was on the phone. Otherwise, we would have been stucked with Boost SIM card 12 month plan and cannot get it activated.Cons:- their website cannot be trusted to check phone eligibility. I checked my 3 phones and the website said each of the phone is eligible, but during activation,none of them (even iPhone 11) can get to the next step.- called the CS hotline three times. First guy told me that only common brand phones made for US customera are eligible, and even suggested me to go to AT&T store instead i.e. I need to buy AT&T SIM instead. Second guy told me to Boost store because they could not determine if my iPhone 11 (bought in US Apple store) is compatible with their network. When I got to the Boost store and called the CS help desk again, third guy said same thing, I must have an incompatible phone. This is when the Boost salesperson stepped in and told his CS colleague that this is incorrect as he inserted Boost SIM card and it showed 4 signal bars. After few minutes arguing, magically CS on the phone said that Boost network now recognized the phone and it's eligible.Overall, I wasted a lot of time and effort just to activate the SIM card.Didn't have any problem with Tello or Redpocket.

I came in to help some Spanish-speaking friends setup their phone to make calls to Mexico with the $5 addon Mexico plan. We were helped by Mr. Akbar. He was very patient and explained things clearly. Everything went perfectly thanks to him.

We came in to re-activate a plan with the Mexico add-on feature. Mr. Akbar helped us. He took the time to explain things very clearly. We chose the cheapest plan (it's for a senior citizen). No rush and no pressure. Everything went perfectly thanks to him. (It's difficult to find a low-cost payment plan for call to Mexico. That is why we went with Boost Mobile.)

What a bad store and company, I went there last night just to do a question, I know I were 10 minutes before close, but I just wanted to do a question!, this guy run to the door and lock it on my face.I had 1 year with this company, just for unlock a phone take up to 3 days, and when I change to another company the phones weren't unlock so I just have a small useless tablet.
