Burn boot camp is the most welcoming gym I have ever stepped foot in! All the trainers are knowledgeable and make you feel incredibly comfortable and safe from the moment they give you a high five! The group workout is amazing, it's different every single day and you get to meet some amazing people from the community! Everyone is so encouraging and supportive!

I absolutely love this place! I have tried other gyms in the past but was always intimated by the equipment or the people. At conventional gyms you are completely on your own or you have to pay high dollar for a personal trainer. I tried a regular gym but I was a beginner and didn't feel comfortable knowing what to do with all the equipment on my own. Other boutique gyms sometimes can be intimidating with cliquey people and it's hard to be the new person. But when I came to Burn I was greeted with high fives from the beginning to the end. They made me feel welcome there. I instantly fell in love with the fun yet intense workouts, but the community is the best. The trainers are amazing and give you lots of feedback and assistance. Burn truly is it's own community, it feels like a family. I made friends from day one and continue to make friends every time I go. I've felt comfortable every step of the way. The free childcare and free focus meetings with the trainers are a huge bonus as well. Everyone fits in here- competitive athletes and couch surfers alike. There is a variety of athleticism and I think that's really encouraging. You don't need to be in shape to start coming here. At the same time, even if you're super fit, the workouts will still be incredibly challenging. Burn truly is for everyone! Come check it out and see for yourself. :)

Hands down the best community and team! I’ve been at burn for trying to get fit after baby #1, trying for baby #2 and now trying to get back to feeling like myself after the second. For any level of physical activity you are at they meet you where you are!

By far one of the best communities I have been apart of! :) The trainers (& friends I have met along the way) are incredible and don’t worry about your current fitness level, they will meet you where you’re at! You’ll be pushed in a way that challenges you and makes you want to keep coming back! And on top of it all, the childcare is unmatched! They are the best!

Great place to workout and form a community. It took me some time to come out of my shell. I started here shortly after having my son and moving to the area. I was pretty depressed and lonely. This is my place that I look forward to seeing my friends and getting a good workout in. Come see us!!

Burn is truly the best motivating, most welcoming place I have ever been to. The trainers work with any level, so whether you are just starting your journey or you have been working out a while, this place is for you! It was an amazing workout. It is my Monday to Friday 5am wake-up exercise. I love it. I have been going there for almost 2 years.
