The manager Dianan H. was not professional to the situation. I came to return baby food because it had mold inside . She did not want to return the money back. I think she should be fired because she’s making customers mad .

Just drove 30 minutes to the only Buy Buy Baby left (makes sense why), and they would not honor a 20% off coupon because it supposedly takes 24 hours to show up on the app. Nowhere does it say this on the offer. What a waste of time and gas. Manager was useless. Do yourself a favor and buy off Amazon or Target. Much cheaper too.

Tried to make a return of a Chico smart support and they wouldn’t let me saying it wasn’t in original condition. My son did not fit in it and it was never used. It just had some dust on it. Very disappointed with the manager of this store.

So I am currently 6 months pregnant and have a baby registry with this store. I came to pick up my "FREE" baby registry welcome box and on the way out one of the employees whispered to the other one "did they pay for that?" And then she continued to rudely ask my husband if we had a receipt. We were utterly confused as it's announced all over their website that's it's a FRER welcome box. She continued to say no that it was $10!! How ridiculous! The box contains worthless samples and coupons. Smh. I deleted my registry and will no longer be coming here.

**EVERYTHING BABY IS HERE**It's what Babies R Us used to be minus the knowledgeable staff or the attention to detail and aesthetic. In their defense, almost all big stores are not interested in happy, well-trained employees. The way people perform shows if they feel valued or not. Still, even though you won't be greeted with a smile (or at all) and these guys may not really have insight or any background in baby retail, you will most likely find what you're looking for. PRO TIP: Do a little research on strollers, cribs, pumps, etc before you shop because they may not know the difference or tell you how each differs.Congratulations on your blessing!

The selection of items are pretty great. The customer service is terrible! I have walked in and someone was right by the front door and they looked directly at me and looked away. When you walk in it’s almost as if they don’t want you to shop there. Ive orders where the items said they were in stock and then it was cancelled suddenly with no warning. Losing coupons and not being able to get them back. I did a same day delivery order at 4:05pm, which if you order before 5 pm you will get it by 9pm. Here I am 6 am the next morning with no order. Customer service was no help. I chose this store because it had the special particular wipes for my kiddo but I will definitely just stick to Target. SmhUpdate: after being put on hold multiple times the manager Sharon was very helpful and got my issue resolved. Thank you very much Sharon

This review is in response to a direct interaction I had with Kim today. My wife and I saw a parent pull up in a van with four toddler age children. She was in the fire lane… left children and open purse on the seat, van running-while they went inside. We loaded up our car and watched the van for ten minutes. After the ten minutes I called to make them aware. Maybe and PA in store announcement. After being put on hold FOR TEN MINUTES , the manager told me “there is nothing I can do, I recommend you cal the police” !!!That’s too long.Whether or not SHE could do something (she’s a human being who had morals and could address a potential child endangerment issue with a haste response).The worst part was, they weren’t “busy”, we had just left and were addressed quickly.Unfortunate we have to appeal to corporate policy over human empathy.

Could not get help so we could purchase a crib. Was told by employee in area she would be right back but after waiting over 40 minutes no one came so went to front to ask for help and they said that employee went to lunch and they would send someone to help. Waited another 30 minutes no one came so we left!! Will never set foot in store again. My money can be spent somewhere else where we can get service. We already knew what we wanted just had questions about delivery and set up!!

Ms. Erynn is super helpful every time we go there. We are first time parents and have lots of questions. She answers everything with patience and professionalism and works with us to find the best products for us. She is very knowledgeable!!

Save your money And Time. Go to Target or shop online.Plus for this store- only "baby store" in the area. They have the essentials all in one store.. thats all that is good about this place.2 kids. 2 registries there. Never again.Noticed everything is 2-5 dollars higher here than other stores online or target.Everytime I go look for something, I come out unsatisfied with costumer service.For example, my now toddler transitioned from crib to toddler bed recently. I went in searching for bed safety rails for his bed. I asked clerk walking around, she stopped pointed me to a direction and left. Leaving me still wondering where to go. So I go to the cashier and ask for help AGAIN. She proceeds to call on someone to assist me and asks me to walk back to the matresses and cribs.. so I do... 10 minutes later... nothing.. at this point my 2 yr old son is getting impatient and therefore I walk back to the front and found the 3 clerks chatting away... I even entered the baby chnaging station without permission from them chnaged diapers and they never realized it!Another example., i rcently had a baby shower, where I got many items such as shampoos and lotions. All of which they sell there and is in their shelves! I asked and people and they said to go exchanged at buy buy baby if needed.this because I have my baby registry there.Eventhough I did not received gift receipts. I went in to get exchanged. And clerk said I cant even get store credit because I had no receipts. There were gifts! One rarely gets receipts for small items!! So now Im stuck with items I wont even use.Just overall bad experiences all around. I should have known better and make my registry at target that has the same things.

MOLD ON BRAND NEW PURCHASED ITEMS!!!They’re entire system is a joke. Sorry Bed Bath and Beyond/ Buy buy baby. Got told by customer service that my 400 dollar purchase couldn’t be added to my account for their rewards program. No matter because I won’t return.Further - Two items from that same purchase: washcloths and Carter’s onesies only to realize they were infested with mold and god only knows what else !! The washcloths (Burt’s bees) I noticed right away and tossed them. The onesies I only noticed as I pulled them out the wash (I tossed them directly into the wash from the packaging). See pics below.

Workers don't really appear to care about customer experience. Manager named Kim just seemed to be having a bad day and didn't want to offer any help. No value and full of attitude. Better off at target.

One problem after anotherI had seen this crib at the Katy, TX location and fell in love with it. I asked if I could buy one in store but they did not have the white in stock. I asked about the one on display but couldn't be sold. Then I ordered it online (back in August) and was given the option of pick up at a location (it showed availability at two stores near me). A couple of days later my order was cancelled because it was suddenly out of stock, I wasn't notified of the cancellation, I found out because I happened to check my order status.After I received a refund on the cancelled order, I tried to order it again and this time I was given the option of shipping it to my house which seemed very convenient (at a HIGHER price than what I originally had paid). When the crib was delivered, most parts were significantly damaged. I returned it and was offered a replacement.After the warehouse received the damaged crib, I reached out to BuyBuyBaby to see the status of the replacement to then find out that they did not have any more in stock (after they had made me believe and plan on receiving another crib) I understand there are supply chain issues at the moment, but I was offered a replacement on an item that was not in stock. They could have simply told me that it was not guaranteed I would receive another due to inventory, rather than having me under the belief that I would receive the item I had originally purchased.Now I have to find ANOTHER crib (will be buying with a different company) and HOPE that it will get to my house by the time my baby is home.P.S I really wish I could have posted this on their website, HOWEVER BuyBuyBaby checks each review and apparently mine did not meet their guidelines.
