UPDATE: Kent gave me a call after reading my review and got me taken care of. This is a good place and would return if I ever need any future repairs.
Overall good work but they didn't adjust my headlights after they were replaced and they somehow removed a wheel lock without asking me for the wheel lock key. When the car was returned the wheel they removed no longer had a wheel lock on it.

I had a insurance claim with a fix deductible so it really didn’t matter where I went to get my bumper replaced after a fender. I chose Caliber in lieu of dealership since it was close to my house and had a large network. When I went to pick up my car, the sensor light will come on after a few mins. I took it back immediately and they brought in their contracted calibration expert who told me it was a car problem not the bumper they replaced. I managed to talked to the tech privately and he said it required a full car recalibration that caliber was trying to avoid paying.
Obviously I made a scene. They managed to send me to Christian brothers at their expense to recalibrate. It took 3 hrs of me sitting there until they got it done.
Fine it’s done I am cool…nope. The bumper, which I think are OEM, now bulges out and the paint just comes off after a few scrapes. LOW QUALITY!!
Never going back to this place again.

Rick was very good at keeping me informed by calling me and texting me. Just to clarify he called when there was a delay in parts or waiting on insurance. He communicated very well and was comfortable leaving my car which has been returned fixed from a rear end accident

Thieves! Literally have other shops fix their cars and then don't pay them. I have been trying to get paid for years!!!!!! They continue to promise payment for multiple years. You can not talk to their AR and neither can the GM. They claim to have no clue what they have paid! Just a giant scam!!

Brought my vehicle in for body repair due to being rear ended. Body repairs were made but when I picked up my vehicle it wouldn’t steer. The tech said it was due to rodent damage on a power steering component and I would be responsible for the repair. Fact is, I drove the vehicle in there, I’ve had no issues with the vehicle, then left it there for 10days or so and when I pick it up, I can’t drive it. To me that falls on the shop. Maybe they have a rodent problem in their shop; I dunno! But the vehicle was working fine before I dropped it off!
