I had a great experience with Caliber Collision after the back right side of my car was damaged. Dropping my vehicle off was quick and easy, and the staff was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful from start to finish. They arranged a rental car for me through Enterprise and even had someone pick me up from the Caliber location to take me to the rental office, which made the process so much smoother.
Throughout the repairs, I received frequent updates on my vehicle’s status and the expected completion time. I really appreciated how transparent and communicative they were. My car was actually finished earlier than the original estimated date, and they contacted me right away to let me know it was ready.
A special thank-you to Monique, who helped me through the entire process—her kindness and professionalism truly made a stressful situation much easier.

Re-revised: I am updating my update. There has been additional damage found INSIDE my car that was not there. They tried to super glue it and patch it up. Never mentioned it. My care was not returned in the manner it was taken in. This is unacceptable. Fix it right and don’t keep breaking things and trying to hide it in the process.
Update: I did not take my car with the damage that had been done. After speaking to the manager Thomas, he insured me that they would take care of my car. And for the most part they did. He provided daily updates and all of the areas were fixed that I confirmed were new (and before photos). There was one new scratch/damage that wasn’t there when I was supposed to pick up the first time that was not fixed.
This location has the ability to do good work, but their quality checks and care taken by all employees around every car could use improvement.
Another strange note was some of my belongings were put into one of my reusable bags. Which I assumed was to clean the inside. However, there were items from inside my console that were in the bag, and items that were in other locations in my car that were put inside my console, like they had gone through my things. The only things missing were a few aftermarket protectors that went in the doors or small cubbies.
Do NOT bring your new car here.
Pros: they work well with progressive and enterprise to get you into a rental when going through insurance after an accident. Friendly staff.
Cons: my new car had more than 5 new areas of damage that were NOT there when dropped off. Make sure to take photos before dropping your car off. Then they wanted to just “touch up” the paint when several are deep scratches to the metal.
Make sure you check your ENTIRE car over when picking up. There was damage in areas that shouldn’t have even had issues.

Fast, top-tier professional service from start to finish! Everyone provided excellent customer service, but I want to give special recognition to Kiah — she handled my entire process with outstanding communication and care. She even stayed after hours to deliver my car because of my schedule constraints, which I truly appreciated. The repairs were top-notch — you can’t even tell my car was ever damaged. I gave them 5 stars and highly recommend their services!

My Honda CRV was rear ended and this place replaced the rear bumper and fixed and painted the trunk. They did an excellent job and the paint matches the original exactly. The manager there was very nice and personally made sure to address any concerns I had. Excellent service and customer service!

Kiah was simply AMAZING! From the initial call until I picked up my car, she provided EXEMPLARY customer service. She explained my repairs in detail and did everything she could to ensure I had my car back timely. Prayerfully my car won't get damaged again. But, if I should ever need this type of service again, there is no doubt I am choosing Caliber again!
