I never post google reviews, but this experience gave me the urge to review this AMAZING store. Over Christmas, we had bought a jacket at a different location, but tragically they forgot to remove the security sensor. On this lovely morning, we took it to the Katy Mills location to get the sensor removed. The other store was contacted, but could not verify our transaction. Our fabulous sales associate, Matthew I., was SO kind and helped us quickly resolve this issue. He called customer service and spent a WHOLE HOUR and he was a professional king. He is our GOAT fr!! We love people like him and he truly is fantastic at his job. THANK YOU CALVIN KLEIN AT KATY MILLS!!

I had a deeply disappointing experience at the Calvin Klein store in Katy Mills. I purchased a pair of classy ladies' dress pants, only to find they were one size too big when I tried them on at home. Hoping for a simple exchange, I returned to the store with my receipt and tags not attached but was met with appalling service. A young employee, who claimed to be the manager, callously refused the exchange, citing the absence of tags on the merchandise. When I requested to speak with the actual manager, this so-called "manager" attempted to evade responsibility, hiding behind his subordinate. Eventually, another staff member intervened and processed the exchange, but the damage had been done. Shame on Calvin Klein for entrusting their store to inexperienced individuals masquerading as managers, and for allowing the real management to shirk accountability.

There was a worker at the store, who is very rude name, Erik he is African-American treated me like I was a criminal, but I was sitting down and took awhile because I felt nauseous in the dressing room, that’s when he violently banged on the dressing room door commanding me to get out and asking how many clothes I had and treating me so horrible because he assumed I was stealing I suppose, he is not a good associate. It took along time for anyone to help me as well this location has gone downhill do not recommend

There hair on the wallet table, there stains on the carpet, and there a kid who doesn’t lower the volume on his phone or even put headphone on if he wants to listen to something

I went in the Calvin Klein shop in Katy Mills Mall looking for a specific clothing product but it wasn't available. Mathew jumped right in and in less than a minute found what I needed at a department store that provided mail order service. I got exactly what I wanted. Mathew did a superb job of serving both his customer and Calvin Klein even though his store did not benefit directly. Great job Mathew and thank you very much!

Nice Calvin Klein outlet in Katy Mills Mall.Large open shop with plenty of variety in items available, majority with reasonable outlet discount. Friendly staff available to help too, and decent music playing too.
