DO NOT spend money at this “local” florist. Pay close attention to several things. They don’t have an actual phone number, their shop does not exist at the address provided, the pictures are too commercialized. This place is a sham. They delivered a basic arrangement that was not full even though I paid for the largest bouquet. The vase was completely different. All in all it was a huge disappointment. I tried to email them and have not received a response.
Update: the company responded to this review asking me to call them. Which is ridiculous because as stated in my initial review THEY DONT HAVE A WORKING PHONE NUMBER!! Complete scam.

Horrible experience. Used them because they are in our neighborhood and wanted to support a small business. Calling to place order was hard to begin with, no answer, when answered lady couldn’t speak English , had to keep trying . After finally placing order for a $100 bouquet (for a birthday) , it was delivered on the wrong day and it was the saddest little bouquet. Bouquet looked like the $30 one from Kroger, the flowers were wilted and petals were falling off, vase was definitely the cheap vase from Kroger or dollar tree. Reached out to them to give them a chance to remediate, not even a courtesy message back.Save your money and avoid them at all costs.

The worst flower that I have ever received. I spent $100 and I was certainly expecting a higher quality than what was delivered by this "florist".Flowers were delivered a day earlier than what I had asked for. That is no fun, especially when it is supposed to be a surprise.The vase that it came in was the most basic vase. I can get a better vase than that for less than $10 at any grocery store.The flowers were wilted and droppy. Was not at all vibrant and multi-colored as what was shown in the pictures. Did not look anything like what they shown in the photos at all.I can literally walk into any grocery store and buy flowers that are much more vibrant, alive, better arranged in a better vase, from any grocery store for much lesser price than $100.Customer service is non-existent. I tried calling and calling their number for days, but nobody picks up the phone. Tried calling them at various times of the day and all through the week. There is absolutely no way to contact them through phone call, text or email.If I could give them less than one star, I would have. Should have believed all the other reviews that has been left on google. Somehow I thought since its a small business I will support them and they might have turned around and made it into a better business. Well I can confidently say in Feb 2024, it has not and the business is as bad as what other reviewers claimed.

Thank you for delivering our beautifully requested birthday bouquet of colorful brilliance to my sister. She has dementia., It was my hope she would be able to enjoy and appreciate her birthday gift. Her daughter confirmed the delivery as well as how much she enjoyed receiving them. We live in PA so our confidence was confirmed in the delivery despite it being on a weekend. Thank you, Cantutas Florist for making my sister's birthday so very special.

I have used Cantutas off and on for the past few years. When the quality and timely delivery matters, I only go to Cantutas. Their ease of ordering makes it simple. The delivered product is always(!) better than the online photo. Go Cantutas!!

Don’t order from here. Not a real business location.Ordered flowers thru 3rd party site. Flowers never showed up. Called the store and got routed to a lady’s personal cell phone. Store does not exist. Had to dispute charges with credit card company.

THIS IS A SCAM BUSINESS. ordered flowers for Valentine's Day and they never showed up. called the number and the lady who picked up said im a teacher, not a florist and that she received approximately 80 phone calls regarding flowers. THIS IS A SCAM BUSINESS

I didn’t want to call one 800 flowers and just have them drop a box off at the front door likes happened in the past. So I decided to go local. I was Rather disappointed with things. Ordered Roses and lilies premium package. Wrote a nice card for my wife’s anniversary. Delivery was an hour late, I can deal with that. There were no roses in this arrangement There are quite a few lilies. Most of them un opened so at least it will last a few days.. The card consisted of a piece of paper printed out in a number 4 font about the size of three business cards long. I think for the price if they needed to substitute something for the roses they could’ve called me and I would’ve gotten a different arrangement. Will not be using these people again.

Very unprofessional and I literally thought this was a scam company! My Bestfriend did not receive her roses on her birthday (which was the day I requested). Instead she received them the next afternoon; at which time the roses were left with a coworker upon delivery because she wasn’t at work yet. I called the establishment to find out what happened; and spoke with a owner or worker who pretended to be confused as to what I was telling him happened. The roses were beautiful, but the professionalism was not a pleasant experience! Please DO NOT use this company!
