Sales people weren't pushy. Have not bought a car yet, but I am having one brought from another location. Love the 30 days policy that lets you bring back the vechicle if you don't l like it and the 24 test drive. I love my car but have some problems with getting 2 license plates. I was a little late paying my monthly note. About 3 weeks. Got a letter saying they were trying to collect a debt. Give me a break, I could understand if I was late for a couple of months but less than a month. Oh well. Live and learn. ( Revenge is best served cold.)

The steps to follow to sell my car were very straight forward. The staff was clear and kind. The process did not take as long as I thought it might and the quote I got online was the same amount that I received for my car. I can’t say that experience was the same with other dealerships where the online quote was vastly higher than what they actually wanted to pay for my car. Thanks for a great experience, y’all have earned my business.

They buy your car for way less than what it’s worth and sell for a lot more. They have a lot of staff working there and nice facilities. How else are they paying salaries and other costs? It could be a good option if you have no time to sell it yourself ie being deported or you’re terminally ill due to die the next day. Otherwise the margin between what they offer to buy it for and how much you can sell it for on craigs is so great you could get a significantly higher amount of money for your car by leaving them out of the money sucking loop altogether… If you earn 200$ a day and these people are offering 3000$ less than selling yourself and it takes you three full days more to sell yourself, you just saved yourself 1/2 a months salary basically by not being stupid and dealing with carmax.

Today I was well greeted and felt welcomed with Kamran Khan. he had well explained everything over the vehicle that I came to look at today. Even though I did not buy the vehicle today. I will be in the market and also will be purchasing the vehicle with Carmax because of him. He had a great attitude, and he was very welcoming and was well informed about the vehicle and Carmax processed the entire time. Thank you very much.

Buying experience was absolutely awful. I had a car shipped from Tennessee, was told five times it was in Katy when in fact it was in Waco & Atlanta. Clueless. I felt like I bought the car from a vending machine in a bad neighborhood. Please consider alternative places to buy a car
