Had two cracks in my screen protector (not noticeable unless turned in the light) so went to have it replaced yesterday (1-7-25) and chose a privacy screen like I had before. He replaced it and after we walked away while shopping I noticed less responsiveness when touching my screen. Went back to the kiosk and told the man the issue with the new screen protector .. he snidely commented that it was a privacy screen, as if that was self-explanatory. I replied that I've had several before and never had such an issue so I didn't understand why that would be causing the problem. He gave the person with me a look like I was just stupid for trying to bring it back and turned to another customer and started helping them. This morning I noticed there were cracks in my screen still and assumed the cracks must have been on my actual phone screen so I peeled off the protector and realize he just put the new screen protector on top of the old one! So not only was he condescending and unhelpful when I had a problem with the product that I had just purchased, it was a waste of money. Maybe a different person would've handled it differently but I won't take the chance of returning.

Terrible service,They are scamming they told me that they were going to fix my back cameras for 120 but at the end I ended up paying 150.They told me my phone was going to be done under 30 minutes. It took them 1 hour and 30 minutes to fix it, and ontop of all of that they ended up not doing it right. I still had trash on my lens and I asked him if he can fix this and he told me that there was nothing he can do about it.AGAIN TERRIBLE DO NOT GO!

Poor customer service, went from 120 ended up uprising at the end when they finished repairing the phone to one 160 ..worst place ever DONT GO! (Camera still came out bad didn’t want to do nothing about it saying it wasn’t their problem )
